Lean bulk - 1st Cycle - Empty Stomach Cardio

I had a question regarding doing 16-30 min of high intensity cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I know usually it is not recommended due to the high risk of muscle loss, but since I'm currently on 250 of sust/200 EQ per week, and 25mg of proviron/per day would that alone keep muscle loss to a minimum and would help burn fat more efficently? By the way this is my first cycle and I want as much lean mass as possible. What is everyone's opinion on this type of strategy?

cant see any problem with that.
the aas will stop any loss of muscle & morning cardio on an empty stomach is the most efficient way to burn fat.
i personally dont do high intensity cardio,i do 30-40 minutes at a pace where i can still talk i find this burns fat for me well.

Sounds fine.

I do 30 minutes on the treadmill in the morning on a fast walk @ 10% incline.

At my body weight, height etc, this burns around 300 calories.

I also take Lipo 6X and green tea 15 minutes before I start - Sometimes take a ECA stack, but this tends to put my heart rate @ 150 on the above workout, which is a little high for burning fat - 130 - 140 is the ideal range for fat burning.

Just have some creatine when you finish, then a good protein, carb, fat and BCAA mix about 15 mins later.

I have Cellmass, then Musclemilk + Prolab BCAA

I am on second cycle using 500 test c and 500 EQ per week split twice weekly with 50 mg prov ed. As this is only your first cycle 250 Sust should be fine but on the back of reccommendations made to me before I started, ( I am a newbie too, only seconf cycle) you may want to increase your EQ.

These days I always do fasted cardio 6 days per week, tread mill, incline walk.
Only difference for me between bulk and cut is the duration.

By doing this with a good clean diet, you should be able to add nice amounts of lean muscle.

As mentioned above mate, you may need to up the EQ a little for best effect.

400mg at least.
on my first injectable cycle i done 500mg omnadren(sust)&400mg eq per week,but bumped the eq up to 600mg per week about half way through.
good cycle,but for a first injectable cycle youll grow well with just test as long as diet & training are up to scratch.
