Guys,

Always thought steroids were illegal.

Anyhow watched that documentary about that bloke on roids where he had overdone it and had to have an operation, he was even trying to perform surgery on himself using a needle and trying to extract the gunk out of his arms etc.

Well at the end of the documentary it said steroids are banned in US, however in UK are illegal to supply but are legal for personal possession.
Basically im confused - is it legal or illegal to have steroids as i cant seem to find the answer.

I read in another post you have been training years mate and are 28 years old.

So i was surprized at your post and tbh you sounded like a 15 year old.

Anyhow, the program you saw was a load of crap, the guy is a total joke and it wasnt steriod abuse that make him look that way.

He was more likely injecting site enhancement oils, or maybe his biceps were implants even. Like a porn stars t!ts lol.

Pharma grade steriods are legal for personal possession in the uk yes, but you cant buy them here as they are illegal to sell.

To be honest ive been training years but only recntly discovered that my programmes were cr*p and i wasnt training properly.

Im just after some friendly advice mate to get bigger - no need for the insults.

no worries mate, i just find it hard to put on decent weight and it gets frustrating after years of training !!!!

Thats why im tempted by the roids or anything that will help me gain size

Why not post your diet and training routine in the appropriate section mate.

I bet we can all help you out, and even if we cant its good to get other peoples opinions right ? ;)

If you cant put weight on its almost certainly your diet at fault, so no amount of steriods will help. They are not a magic answer mate. Diet and training are key ;)


Post your diet in the nutrition setion, exactly what you eat on a typical day.

Also your stats, age, weight, height .

eg...

7.00am 100 oats, 3 eggs, banana

10,00am 200g chciken, 100r rice

etc etc, you get the idea.

I know you want advice on your chest routine, but its difficult to give advice without knowing a bit more about things.

Post your entire workout and your weight/height .
