how you workout your cycle......

just wondered if any of you have ever done a cycle worked out by your bodyweight,ie workout what you should take per pound of bodyweight as test orals or other injectables? surley this would allow for the best gains without wasting aas by using too much,what do you think.

I agree!! no one seems to remember when planning a cycle that AAS are weight dependant... a 12 stone man and a 17stone man should be dosed very different.. other things come into play i guess...

VERY good point this.

William Llelwynn's book has more information in regards to weight = dosage. But he does also mention about more gear = more gains (And sides).

I disagree, mainly on the fact that like everything, we are all different, some like JL grows on very small amounts whereas it might take a little more for others.

I agree some ppl use more higher doses to mask things like poor food intake, in the past Ive been guilty I must add.

i think the best gains could be achieved if this was done, as the compounds could be ajusted throughout the cycle with changing bodyweight.
I wonder if the pros do this so they can minimise sides and maximise gains,we look at our diets really closely when either cutting or bulking,but always seem to stick with 500mg this or 750mg that throughout the cycle,i might try a really scientific approach on my next cycle and see what the differences are,has anyone done this?

Well that would be a good study tbh, the thing is I think it would be better suited ideally to someone running AAS for the 1st time though.

As for the pro's, utilising ancillaries can minimise sides, a lot of sides we get are from excess estrogen, eg, water retention leads to high blood pressure etc, if we know how to nip it in the bud before we start where halfway there etc.

I think if the body is cleansed before taking AAS and primed then big gains can be made on small doses.
