Adex doses
My adex arrivied today by post (very pleased). so i got 28 tabs 1mg each and i got them because i am suffering gyno symptoms, i am on third cycle and i suffered gyno the last two times. The nolva was ok but not good enough, it kept it at bay but it was always there ie i still have little lumps under my nips. i am just starting my third week of test enath 750pw + 200 deca. and i have the symtoms again very sensitive nips and lumps gatting bigger.
What doses should i start with and how long will i need to take it? and should i stop taking the Nolva while on the Adex?

Has lost alot of muscle mass but is now back on track!

Start it at 1mg ed, when it has started to go you can do it at 1mg eod, then if you want you can put it down to 0.5mg eod and keep it at that till you finish your cycle. i was told its best not to use nolva at same time but in your other thread nytol i think said it was ok to do so, so that ones up to you.

thanks mate, i might try with out Nolva and if not working i will throw that into the mix aswell.

1/2 tab daily to start, if no diff in 3 days up it to 1ED, i take it that you know for a fact its test and not the progestenic effects of the deca causing the gyno symptoms?

Never used it, adex wont help if its deca related, you really do need to find out, what were your first two cycles.

Bummer..... ok 2 choices, take adex as i said earlier, you'll know soon enough if its working, or drop the deca and see if that helps.

Personally i'd do the former 1st.

Ok brownie, if you are worried and the symptoms still persist it may be wise to end the course and follow standard pct.

Next cycle start with just one low dose compound and see how you react.
