Im not 100% but cant low carbs cause painfull muscle cramps? If you are cutting and using a very low carb diet then maybe this could contribute to the cramps

well it is very unlikely that a steroid will cause muscle cramps unless you hit a nerve when you jab...

tell us what your whole supplement/diet plan is then we might be able to help...

are you taking Clen

i can't give you any advise on your cycle as i am not experienced enough on that, but i am sure that when you are dieting hard that there is a reduction of sodium and that can cause muscle cramps, but if you take in to much sodium then that can cause water retention. so maybe try to up your salt intake just a little? but i am open to correction.

Re: Muscle Cramps Please Read it And Help me Out

FIRST of all thanks to all for helping me as this competation means alot for me. Pscarb ask diet of mine during my cutting cycle. i use 1 kg chicken which is cooked in water with garlic and black pepper. also i took 300grams boiled rice and 300 grams potatos for carbs. also i took 6 boiled eggwhites daily

in supplements i used Amino 2002 6tabs/daily From ultimate nutrition

actually cramps started when i was on my 3rd week of cycle. and then i thought that i should reduce some body fat and started clen on my 3rd week. and than my muscles cramps increases very badly. i can`t take sodium as i want to rush out water from my body.

My coach said that increasing of cramps is due to finaject and primobolan. is it true ?

also when i reduce dose of primobolan then i feel goods and cramps become low. but in mean time when i swith off primo water comes in my system.

hope you`ll understand now.

Re: Muscle Cramps Please Read it And Help me Out

what stage are you of the diet?

sodium is very important during a diet, you only need to drop it right at the end

i would sat its a combination of clen and low salt

add seasonings to your foods, add taurine, if this doesnt work try pottasium/magnesium

how much water are you drinking???

i seriously doubt its the primo/fina thats causing you trouble
