![]() ![]() | Re: my 1st cycle.....help......pls yeah ive gained 5 stone in about 4 years naturally... first couple years my weight wouldnt budge but i just sticked with it and its all coming together ![]() its not hard to gain weight if you know to to eat to gain which means a surplus of calories, dont be afraid of eating high calorie foods. imho i rate calories over protein but i still make sure that most meals contain alot of protein and alot of carbs. |

![]() | Re: my 1st cycle.....help......pls cool. yer if im really honest ever since school i have had a bit of an eating problem. not anorexia (although my physique before training wasnt 2far off) or anything like that, but didnt like my pack-lunches an didnt really eat that much through my school years. not sure if its anything to do with that, but at present i dont have a very big appetite which is surprising considering i do a manual job and train quite hard. dont get me wrong, i eat ok but jus never really feel amazingly hungry. ive tried to drink protein shakes to substitute the gaps but wen i do that i dont really feel hungry 4a few hours - so think 2myself it would hav been better 2eat than hav had the shake. the thought of eating 6 meals a day seems unrealistic due to my lack of hunger cravings, as i sed before ive tried force-feeding myself with loads of meals durin the day but just couldnt stick with it. I jus never feel THAT hungry - i wish i did!!!!!!! i think this is the underlying reason 2me wantin 2get on the gear, i basically jus want 2put on sum bulk to get to 12stone an i wil be happy to go back to my old ways and just maintain that size. im not looking for gains once ive reached my target weight - jus want sumthing which is boost me to my weight (without having to weight another 2 and half years to put on 3/4 of a stone) i dont no if any1s got any ideas for things i can eat during the day which are really quick and easy, coz i neva seem to have any time. or may b my thoughts to do 1course an leave it at that would be a more realistic way of achieving the size i want? |

I used to drink loads of sprite every day - this affected my appetite & just like you, could never manage to eat a lot. Since training, I cut out this & just drink water & made a huge difference. If you are determined, you will get there. ![]()

![]() ![]() | Re: my 1st cycle.....help......pls i used to struggle to eat 5 or 6 times a day... about a year ago i cut milk and protein drinks out of my diet (i suffer from UC/IBS and this really aggravates it alot). havnt had either for atleast 6months and this is when my appetite really shot up. now i can eat all the chicken and rice i want ![]() im at university so my diet varies but usually it looks like this. 1. toast, maybe some beans 2. pasta and tuna 3. chicken and rice 4. pasta and tuna 5. chicken/turkey/tuna and rice/pasta 6. maybe tuna again or burgers i could easily eat more if i had the money! i also eat some high calorie foods like chips and biscuits aswell which help too. dont be afraid to eat things like this ;) |

![]() | Re: my 1st cycle.....help......pls ok wel may b il get my diet sorted an c how that goes 4a while, but im stil thinkin if i aint happy with my size by xmas, then my new years resoulution will involve sum dbol :-) anyway il write down a realistic new plan for my eating jus to see if any1 can tweak it a bit. BRKFAST: 1bowl of oats, 2scrambled egg on toast 10am: Roast beef and lettuce sandwich on crusty bread. LUNCH: Chicken Pasta, banana, high calorie cake. 3pm: Ham/salad sandwich. DINNER: Pasta or brown rice and chicken +1veg. Or cod an chips +1veg for change PWO: Multipower protein shake. 10pm: Either 3boiled eggs with soldiers lol. or ....not2sure - not usually that hungry if any1 has any better suggestions or improvements i could make to this diet it would be much appreciated. thanx guys |

Bought some dbol aged 24 (maybe 23 cant remember), which a diet that I now know is totally crap, banged the dbol down for a couple of months... Got a painful back and looked like I had an alcohol problem... Made no real gaines afterwards... The only thing it seved to do was mess about with my natural hormone levels. Don't bother mate. Sort out the diet.

DINNER: Pasta or brown rice and chicken +1veg. Or cod an chips +1veg for change - seems ok PWO: Multipower protein shake. - Need sugar/simple carbs too 10pm: Either 3boiled eggs with soldiers lol. or ....not2sure - not usually that hungry - I prefer less carbs near bed. hope that helps mate

![]() | Re: my 1st cycle.....help......pls k thanx mega, fifi an dom toooo 4all ure help guys!!! uve convinced me to stay of the gear (at least 4now anyway), change my diet completely and train like a mad-dog on heat. id still like 2c if any1s got any other ideas for my new diet (although thanx 4 the input mega, much appreciated). is that enuff food!!!-wot ive got in the new plan are there any other foods wot r nice i could incorporate? - i like yogurts...r they ok. like nuts as well wot r best, unsalted cashews any good?? should i eat my high calorie cake after my session with my multipower shake. |

Never thought I'd like nuts that were unsalted, but after changing my eating regeime, they just slotted in nicely. ![]() Just FYI, here's my diet. 6am - Porage with milk 3 eggs (scrambled) on wholegrain toast (4 slices) Protein shake 9am - Egg roll Handful of nuts 12noon - Tortilla wraps Tin of tuna/chicken Salad Nuts Protein shake with porage oats & 3 egg whites 3pm - Tin of tuna/chicken Bread roll/pasta Nuts Training 7pm - Pasta/Basmati Rice/Potatoes Chicken/Steak/Beef/Fish Veg (dark green mostly) Protein shake with 3 egg whites 10pm - Protein shake with porage oats
