Hard tissue at injection site - Any ideas?

Aup guys! I've been running my first cycle for 3 wks today, i've been using the Medial Deltoid site. Last weeks shot was quite painful and the pain has never really subsided. There seems to be hard tender tissue just below the Delt running down my arm for a couple of inches. What is it? Is it muscle that has been aggravated from the injection or is it a cist?
Any advice would be great. Cheers Guys!:lift:

the muscle is aggrevated their is probably some scar tissue their seeing as you are only injecting in this site.
rotate the sites and the pain should subside

agree with pscarb. its far better to rotate dude to limit scar tissue, try your glutes for a week or two then maybe quads and then try delts again

Will the scar tissue soften in time? I have used other Delt today seems to be fine.

Re: Hard tissue at injection site - Any ideas?

It might go on its own but best rememdy is some deep tissue massage.

Any sports massage therapist worth his salt can do this.
