Guys,

I've got a mate who's a Slin dependent Diabetic and is looking to start training - he's currently just doing general keep fit stuff.

He has to do a 48iu background injection everyday (evening time I think he said), and then 3 injections of between 12ius and 20ius ED dependent on how many carbs he's eaten.

Is it possible for him to take advantage of the fact he's on slin - i.e. PWO nutrition etc?

If so what would be the best time for him to train in order for him to take advantage of the slin? Would it be best for him to train before his last fast acting slin injection of the day?

What should he look out for given the fact he's slin dependent? Would he need to avoid/take carbs during his workout?
