hiya im mikey going to be starting my 1st cycle iv been told to get milk thistle which i have got but i need to kno more about pct 1st i get that this is sumthink i do after the 6weeks is it a drink i have to take or tabs and for how long and what is this gyno im really really new to all of this and im sorry for sounding dumb but if you dont ask you dont learn so if you got the time plz could sumone reply many thanxs for taking the time to read

PCT - Post Cycle Therapy. During a cycle your ability to produce Testosterone naurally will stop. After you have finished your cycle you will need to kick start your natural testosterone production, if you don't and you remain shutdown you will lose all the gains you made and possible more.

There are various PCT methods, but for your cycle you can use Clomid, Nolva or both.

Do a search into it on here and see what everyone else thinks and then chose based on that.

But I would recommend for a small cycle of something like 30-40mg of Dbol the following:

Day 1: 150mg Clomid
Day 2-11: 100mg
Day 12-21: 50mg

There will be variants upon this but that's what worked for me on a similar cycle.

Also natural things like ZMA and Trib and Longjack can be run with it to help.

Get some Nolva and have it on hand just incase of gyno, once again do a search to find out what gyno feels like and what dose you should take if you do get it.

No mate Clomid and Nolva are all Pescript Drugs, you'll need to source these from your source. Also good to see you haven't started your cycle make sure you don't get tempted to until you have all your PCT and gyno items to hand.

or you can go to a research site and get some stuff from there, but remeber the stuff from those sites is for reasearch only and shouldn't be used by yourself.
