Daft newbie question....

Be nice, first post
I have been training for 2 years now, i am 23, 5'8 and 12.5 stone.
I have never tried steroids yet, but contemplating doing so over this winter.
I have a pretty slow metabolism and only have to look at some chocolate to put weight on so i was looking at some kind of steroid that will increase muscle but also help to reduces body fat

cheers

Re: Daft newbie question....

so 5'8" and possibly a bit far? any idea what your bodyfat is? %? even waist size would give an idea.

I'll probably be in the camp for saying you don't need them yet...

Re: Daft newbie question....

well 32" waist. isn't bad mate

Either concentrate on losing fat or concentrate on gaining muscle as cleanly as possible, I'm not saying it's impossible to do both together but it's not as easy!

Personally for a first dabble I would try something like 20mg of Dianabol every day for about 4 weeks just to give you a feel for it (I know that Anti-oral club won't agree with me ;) ). But post your diet in the diet section and make sure you have it right first.

Re: Daft newbie question....

Just have a read about mate, look at what other people did for thsir first cycles, and read up on individual steroid profiles, oh and PCT. There's alot of reading to be done to avoid bad side effects.

Re: Daft newbie question....

Post Cycle Therapy, essentially helps you to start making your own testosterone again and reduce any latent estrogen in your system.

There are articles around mate, just have a dig.
