end of cycle - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Well, that was my last shot this morning! no trenbolone left so i just emptied the last of my viramone into my glute.

Has been a relatively short cycle and i have 2 weeks of PCT at home before i go on holiday which i think should be enough as i dont really want to take any meds on holiday with me.

I was gonna start like this:

monday - 60mg nolva
tuesday - sat - 40mg Nolva
Sun - following Monday - 20mg Nolva

Might be getting some Clomid today too so any suggestions how i might include this into my plan?

Any opinions welcome.

PS- Greyphantom (yeah your right about the trenbolone being legit as my posts have seemed somewhat uncompromisingly irratable lately, lol!) if that makes sense.

Looking forward to dropping a bit of water and feeling a bit calmer!

LOL yeah noticed that Phil... tee hee... pct looks good but I would run it the extra week... of course that depends on where you are going... (sorry you may have told us but I am getting old and the memory just aint what it was...)... Clomid run with nolva is a good combo but imho nolva on its own will be fine here... just started my pct and things are fine... will have to do a pct journal...

Just hope no-one else at home has noticed too much! tbh the last two cycles i have done i have finished pct after two weeks of nolva. Suppose if i wanted to take them with me i could just slap the in an aspirin container in my suitcase!

As its a pretty mild cycle in terms of length and strength I dont see a prob with two weeks but erring on the side of caution in my old age (not as old Winger and Hacksii though... lol...;-) )

I like to use teribulis terestis (dont ask me to spell it correctly LOL) PCT instead of clomid and nolve etc, i much prefer the natrual aproach, and it works!!

I like trib (much easier to spell the abbreviation...lol) and it does work for me... but I have heard that trib works well for some but not for others... try a trib/zma stack... that may help some too..

Hey philip,
I would run that pct for the length.
Tren is pretty hard on the HPTA and might cause you some problems in the bedroom if you know what I mean.
Clomid day 1 300
Day 2-12 100
Day 13-21 50
That will be fine.
I dont think you will have good results with 2 weeks but that is just my opinion though.
I loved that post cycle from Protein factory .com
That stuff worked really well with me and helped both me and winger.
Tribex is the stuff I recomend and it is Tribulus Terrestris.
ZMA is good too and so is avena setiva for sex drive.
I also add creatine post cycle and I would add some L-glutimine as well as cortisol (catabolic) is running high post cycle and can eat up precious gains as well.
MACA is good too for sex drive and is cheap as well.

I would not scrimp on the post cycle as gains are lost and those are hard to come by.
Like I said tren is hard on the HPTA so it is up to you but I dont like to gamble with a bad hand.

Get the natural post cycle from proteinfactory.com and that stuff is over the counter so you can take it on vacation and no worries there.

I had that natural post cycle stuff and i noticed an increase in libedo after about 4 days of starting it....

It is good stuff.... If ur going to get some Phil order it now cause it took about 10 days to come from the US and I was gutted cause mine didn't arrive intime for me hols :-(

I got my girlfriend pregnant whilst using zinc and trib........that never happened on any other pct drugs!

I've been using, Tribulus terrestris (Tribex), Clomid and Nolvadex all at once.

That kept me in the bedroom when I did not think it would work but did.
Again, I would do the pct for longer than 2 weeks myself but that is just me.
The natural stuff like Tribex (Tribulus) works ok too but remember all this stuff is not illegal to transport like the other stuff.
Post cycle does work and I would buy at least one bottle and check it out.

chap on another board had a very low motility count for almost 2 years. a quick balst on hcg/clomid and he was fully back to normal and now has a kid
