| Looking Freaky | Re: THE NEW CYCLE BEGINS Afternoon Yalllllllllllll, Well just quick update on how cycle and things are progressing 5 days into cycle and still suffering from this god dam head cold :( but still trained today back, bi's, delts, traps not my usual routine but I lost a day earlier in the week due to being sick and unable to train so today was a catch up on the muscles that I missed on Wednesday. Weighed in today at my heaviest yet ever 107.8kg and yes I no that seems way to quick to put that 1.5kg on in 4 days but TBOL seems to work rather quickly with my weight over the first couple of weeks then I stablize and dont move anymore. Training was nothing special pretty much my usual reps and weights but next week is when I will start to document my lifts and how they are progressing, I found last time weeks 2-4 my lifts jumped massively then once again stabilized and didnt get to much more from the last weeks of the cycle except harding of the muscles no complaints there. As said in prior posts the girl will take some happy snaps this weekend and I will get them posted on Monday when I got some free time at work. Anyway all have a sweet weekend aRdios |

| Looking Freaky | Re: THE NEW CYCLE BEGINS Hiya, Well 1 week down 5 to go My weight is still hovering around the 107 to 108kg mark, hopefully will see a few more kilos over the next few weeks.Trained yesterday, chest and tri's but I am currently having problems with my right shoulder so I am having to work my training around the injury. I am unable to do anything with a pushing movement such as bench of shoulder press. So yesterday I used cable cross overs and some pullovers plus weighted dips for my chest as they were the only exercises I could do without making the injury worse or having and pain through my shoulders Tri's were fine, did weighted wide grip dips, double hand kick back plus V-bar push downs. Had no pain in shoulder while training triceps thank god. So lifts were as week prior nothing to write home about but I am expecting some time next week to feel the difference in my lifts. I have attached a pic that was taken over the weekend, I no lighting aint the best and I need a tan so my lines are not great plus hadnt been to the gym for a few days so I wasnt very pumped but you get the idea of what I would look like after gym and after a cutting cycle. ![]() | Re: THE NEW CYCLE BEGINS really good to see you taking it one step at a time, only increasing up to 80mg tbol rather than chucking 3/4 different meds into the mix. i'm 6ft 5" so know how hard it is to fill the frame. will keep following this, good luck with it. ![]() |

| Looking Freaky | Re: THE NEW CYCLE BEGINS Tainted Soul, PMSL you crack me up dig... Well LAds, second week going along quit nicely I must say. I forget to mention I am currently also doing low carb diet to try and drop some BF while on this cycle and as TBOL works well with keeping maximum muscle hopefully should see a few pounds of BF shedded by the end. Trained yesterday back and bi plus abber dabbers ;) Already started to notice a difference in lifts, I have had to change my work out some what as you may already no my right rotator cuff is playing havic with me at the moment, bloody injuries :( Back was as follows: Close Grip PullDowns 3 warmup sets of 15 reps working from 42 to 56kg 2 working sets of 6-8 reps on 91kg and 84kg (Usually max 84kg with 6 reps) Standing Straight Arm Push Downs 1 warmup set on 21kg for 15 slow slow reps 2 working sets on 35kg for 6-8 reps (Usually max 28kg for 6 reps) Sitting Cable Rows 1 warmup set of 42kg for 15 slow reps 2 working sets working from 63kg to 77kg reps (Same as week prior but I was pausing for 3 secs at max lift point) Biceps was as followed: Standing EZ Curls 2 warmup sets of 15kg for 15 reps 1 working set of 30kg for 7 reps (One rep up on week prior) Standing Hammer Curls with DB 1 warmup set of 8kg for 15 reps 1 working set of 16kg for 6 reps (2kg up on week prior) Standing Cable Close Grip Curls 1 working set of 50kg for 8 reps (2 reps up on week prior) Abber Dabbers 2 sets of crunches for 60reps and 40 reps 2 sets of obleque flexs using 36kg DB for 15 reps a side 1 set of hyper flexs for lower back using 10kg free weight for 15 reps (This was no change from last week, I so hate traing ABS LOL) I will be starting back on my legs finally after a 12 month lay off, some of you may no late last year I blew 2 disc in my lower back and I spent the next 9 months with server sciatica and very restricted movement. I was doing phsyio, chiro, acupunture but nothing worked finally got new posture pedic bed which made all the difference. Finally got of the painkillers about 3 months ago and havent looked back since ![]() So from next week I will be having a 4 day routine with my 4th day being squats on smith machine, lunges with DB and deadlifts. I havent done these for a full year now so I need to start the ball rolling again and also start evening my upper and lower body out and get ride of these chicken legs LOL. I train again tomorrow and will try and post up how my lifts go, not expecting to much as tomorrow is delts, traps and abs... And as I am having issues with my right shoulder I will have to go light with high reps instead of the usually heave with low reps |
