Re: hgh and joints,

TBH if your joijnts are so sore from training maybe they need a wee rest?

GH has had the effect of stiffening up my joints at times.

Re: hgh and joints,

GH on it's own made my joints feel worse, IMO it is not that great.

Cissus is by far the best thing I ever used for joints.

If the aim of your cycle is to help your joints, your better off buying some Cissus and saving your money, EQ wont do anything for joints, and the only thing that says it does is some non referenced bit of writing that no one seems to know the origin of.

I'm sure you know the one I mean, it gets posted about every 3 months or so,

Re: hgh and joints,

Bozwell,

Why not just try some good ol' deca? Nandrolone is supposed to be really good for joints and tendons as it increases collagen synthesis. If you're worried about the dreaded deca-dick use npp instead (nandrolone phenylpropionate); it's just deca with a shorter half-life - E3D I think.

The only AAS that really does seem to help some is Nandrolone, either Deca or NPP, it does nothing for me, joint wise, (great gains though), I think it also depends on what is causing your pain.

Mine was all tendon related, both biceps tendons, and my left knee tendon, all from Grappling at various times, I did not let them heal properly, so they become fairly permanent.

Cissus

I used the powder, but it is very fine and tastes very nasty, so I'd go with the ready capped ones myself.

There has been a bit written on this site before about it, by myself and Hackskii who both found it to be of great benefit.

Re: hgh and joints,

If you try the cissus, you really need to be taking between 3g and 5g a time for it to have much effect. MSM does good things too. Throw some Chondroitin in and you should have a good joint fixer.

Re deca/npp, sure the NPP will have the same sides as the normal deca, but because it's a shorter easter you can discontinue it at the first signs of any sides and it'll be out of your system before they [the side effects] increase; Nandrolone Decanoate on the other hand, takes considerably longer, allowing more time for any side-effects to rear their ugly heads.

Absolutely!! The other option of course is just to do a shot of 200mg DECA every other week, this has a positive effect on joint pain IMO. It just depends if you are taking it for anabolic purposes or joint relief. If I am going to take nandrolone for anabolic purposes it would be NPP every time for the reasons stated above
