 | Most effective way to take orals? Most efficient, least wasting way to take orals? - on a full stomach / with a meal - empty stomach - up the **** (bottom, rectum, anally) (hopefully one of these words won't get censored...) |

  | split thru the day, with meals. not with milk. try to drink grapefruit juice also, helps with 17aa absorbtion

| slows down absorbtion. and as they are only available for absorbtion for a short while, it counts alot grapefruit juice has enzymes in it to help absorb 17aa orals. so it boosts its effectiveness insanity, you might be surprised. the rectum is one of the most effective places for absorbing nutreints back into the body
