Adive for a total beginer

Hi guys,
This to you guys may seem obvious but to me I've not gota clue. I want to lose my beer gut and get a good figure. I've started running more and swimming twice a week to get in a better shape, When should i start using weights and how should i use them in respect to Reps, Weight and Sets and more to the point when can i start a course of steroids and which course should i use for my first time?

Im 21 years old, 5Ft 8 and weigh about 12 Stone.

Any advice will be great, Cheers Sam

Re: Adive for a total beginer

if youve got no clue, you dont want to be using steroids matey.

train for atleast a couple of years and only even think about gear when you know you have your training and nutrition down to a tee.

before anyone gives you advice on the other important things you must get the steroid thing out of your mind

Re: Adive for a total beginer

Yeah, not flaming, but you seem very eager to start steroids before even attempting to lift a weight, let alone get a diet sorted.

As Andy said; please get steroids out of your head. Post up your diet in the correct section & we will help. A sensible weight training & cardio regime, combined with a good diet will work wonders mate.
