![]() | Adive for a total beginer Hi guys, This to you guys may seem obvious but to me I've not gota clue. I want to lose my beer gut and get a good figure. I've started running more and swimming twice a week to get in a better shape, When should i start using weights and how should i use them in respect to Reps, Weight and Sets and more to the point when can i start a course of steroids and which course should i use for my first time? Im 21 years old, 5Ft 8 and weigh about 12 Stone. Any advice will be great, Cheers Sam |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Adive for a total beginer if youve got no clue, you dont want to be using steroids matey. train for atleast a couple of years and only even think about gear when you know you have your training and nutrition down to a tee. before anyone gives you advice on the other important things you must get the steroid thing out of your mind |

As Andy said; please get steroids out of your head. Post up your diet in the correct section & we will help. A sensible weight training & cardio regime, combined with a good diet will work wonders mate.

![]() | Re: Adive for a total beginer Okay thanks for the advice ill defo take it in, I've not even got a diet in place and i just go out for a couple of runs during the week and use the gym a little along with the pool. Any further advice would still be great especially with what cardio and what to use and how much weight in the gym also a simple diet plan too.
