   | For a mate Hey bros One of my bros has some d-bol (naposim) and he wants to do an oral only cycle. I know this really isn't worth it and I've told him it's a waste of time, he will lose his gains etc but he remains adamant that he wants to do it. I've told him to get Milk Thistle and some ALA for his liver but I'm not sure how much he should take per day (I only think he has around 100). Thanks bros, Jock |

 | Tell him to get another few hundread. Run at around 30mg - 50mg a day for 5-6weeks. Milk thisle @ 1000mg ed ALA @ 500mg ed (i think, not used ALA myself b4)

| For one I do not think that a d-bol only cycle is a waste of time, My first few cycles were this and I got good gains and kept most of it. I would run it for 8-10 weeks at 30mg ED. As for the Milk thistle 1000mg ED would be plenty although quite expensive. I did have a link to some discount milk thistle, it was about £10 for 100 1000mg caps but I've lost it! Ala can be run but it's not really necessary
