![]() | awsome m1t cycle Hi all, after a lot of consideration i and amazing advice from the forum i started my first m1t cycle on friday with 30mg a day and from monday 10mg novaldex a day. tbh i wasnt expecting particulary good gains, i have (as one doctor reffered to it) a strange body! it doesnt like to grow in any way shape or form it just kind gets tougher. im 5'5 and up until now in 4 years of lifting my heaviest weight was 12 stone. however at the same time i could dead lift 3 times my bw and bench 23/4 bw. ive tried everything from low reps to high reps, heavy to light weights and every training partner or pt has ahad a new set that would definately make me grow or a nutrition plan that would pack on the pounds but non of them ever did. until now ![]() ![]() in 5 days ive put on 1st 1lb of relatively cut lean muscle, bugger all water or glycogen from the look and feel of it and a sick amount of extra strength. im eating 7000 calories and 350grm protein a day and an example training day would be: Back and legs- chins 3x8 over row 3x6 pull downs 3x8 dead lifts 4x6 squats 4x8 good morning 3x8 leg press 3x12 calf raises 5x5 weighted so i can only make half reps on the last rep of every set and a week looking like: mon-back legs cardio tues-chest shoulders wed-back legs cardio thurs- chest shoulders fri- back and legs cardio sat off sun off It knew all along i just couldnt push my body hard enough to grow on normal nutrition but with the m1t im pushing this hard and still finding im holding back on what im capable of with it, all day i can feel my body buzzing and growing its freaky! So thanks for all the advice guys you dont know how happy youve made me the only question now is do i stop after a week give it a few weeks and go again so i dont de sensitize to the m1t and to give my body time to play catch up or do i go for the month and see just how big i can make the cycle?Harry |

| Too much PT isn't enough PT | Re: awsome m1t cycle 7000 calories how the hell do you manage to cram all that in, I struggle to get over 3000 a day. I've done one 2 week cycle of M1T before and got 3kg lean gain but nothing like that in 1 week.

![]() | Re: awsome m1t cycle no weight gainer just a lot of potatoes and oats with glucose and wms in pre, during and post workouts. id be lying if i said it was easy i feel like crap from eating that much and i was on laxatives for the first 2 days and permenantly on pro biotics and bromelain to help keep it moving through and make sure it gets digested as fully as possible. i never aimed for 7000 just kept eating when i wasnt on the gear till i started getting puppy fat and then backed the cals off a bit and ended up with 5000 the extra 2000 were just a guestimate at what id need with the extra training load and the m1t. the way i see it is at the rate im gaining atm every day, every hour and every mouthfull of food i make it through is another big step forward. ive got the week off work so its not to bad atm dunno how im gonna hold up in a manual job with the constant pumps and all that food sloshing around in me but only time will tell! next cycle after this is going to be a superdrol and then back the m1t so hopefully i wont desensitize to much! p.s pauly im keeping an eye on the fat mate i expect a bit and would rather carry a bit of surplus, bulk hard and get rid of the flab latter than starve my body but like i said so far ive got no visible sign of any extra fat or water storage. |

![]() ![]() | Re: awsome m1t cycle Good stuff mate, I have never used it, but those I know who have say it is awesome for glycogen storage, and the pumps can be painful because of it. Good job in the eating too, you may want to think about some digestive enzymes to help with all that food. I would not stop after a week, give it 4 at least. Any side effects, lethargy etc?

![]() | Re: awsome m1t cycle 30mg a day. Isnt that a bit of a high dose harry 88? Most posts Ive read suggested 10mg a day. I also started M1T yesterday cycled with milk thistle. Got some nolva today but dont know whether to start taking it straight away or just for PCT. You got something for PCT? |

![]() | Re: awsome m1t cycle mik- as nytol says 10mg a day is nothing unless your stacking it even the manufacturers used to recommend 30mg a day and the 3 part split keeps your levels up all day. mattrich- my arms are getting more than enough training from the back workout they dont need anymore when im bulking nytol- im on pro biotics and bromelain but im thinking about a lipase, matase protease complex your right on the pumps there not so much painfull as a pain in the **** i get them bad in my fore arms on overrows and pulldowns and i physically cant lift past a certain point cause the muscle gets in the way so i have to take a few mins to chill. no major sides just feel like crap every morning but tbh i think most of thats dehydration, drinking 2 pints of water straight before bed and 1 or 2 during the might and still waking up like ive got a hangover! Believe me i want to keep it going for the full 4 weeks but i dont know how im gonna handle a manual job with these pumps and im a teeny weeeny bit aggressive on it atm:gun: ![]() |

| Looking Freaky | Re: awsome m1t cycle Harry, Just a quick look at your program mate and I would say the reason you struggle to grow IMO is that your are seriously over training!!! Each muscle group should only be hit every 7-9 days and just looking at yours some parts get his 2-3 times week, when do you plan on letting the muscles recover as they dont grow when you train its when your resting you get the new muscle fibres growing... Seriously mate try something like Mon-Chest-Tri-Delts Wed-All Legs Fri-Back-Bis-Traps Put the cardio in on days that you feel you can handle it but mate seriously need to cut back on the amount of times each week you train a body part.... If you have been following this forum closely you will see how many guys will tell you the same as me, I was doing the same as your for a long time and since cutting back on the amount i do I have had massive gains when compared to before.. Since taking them, I am hungry all the time, no bloating after eating, and generally feel better. However it is the appetite increase which has pleased me most, as mine has always been very poor. Even though they are quite expensive, (if anyone knows of a cheaper place, even in bulk, please feel free to let me know, ), they shall stay a part of my daily supp regime.If the pumps are getting too much, drop it to 20mg per day, it will still be effective.

![]() | Re: awsome m1t cycle mickus as i said in the first post my bodys ridiculously tough and ive tried lowering training intensity before and million other different workouts but this is the only one that creates hypertrophy in me, believe me if i could train easier and still get the gains i would! cheers nytol il give em a whizz did you find any sides with em? thanks, harry |
