| Newbie Trainer | Lot's of guys will give you good advice on meds etc. but the one thing I find makes me hungry is porridge! I make up a very large bowl of porridge with a load of sugar in it. After eating it you think you won't be able to eat for hours, then 30mins later your starving. Some anti-histamines make me hungry as well, like clarityn. EQ definitely makes me hungry, especially when eating porridge 3 times a day lol It's the hardest part of building up in my mind, doesn't matter how hard you train or what drugs you take, you have to eat like the guy you want to be!

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Yea because usually those carbs have more fiber which give a sense of fullness. The fiber takes longer to digest also. Lowers cholesterol too. ![]()

| Sexy Moderator | B12, EQ and ICE (Biohazard) Also, train your body to eat more. If you eat and eat untill you feel sick, wait fot it to settle, then eat again untill you are almost sick. (Rice and pasta is good for this) do this for a week or so and you`ll notice your appitite raging from then on. Worked for me, not saying it will for everyone tho Paul
