 | androgens and waist bloat it seems everythime i run androgens (mainly tren) my waist bloats real bad. i put bearly 2 inches on my waist last course but its come off in the first week of pct. i was running tren and prop with letro as an ai. im trying to get my waist as close to 30 as poss. im thinking maybe im taking the wrong things. can someone recommend a combo to take that wont make my waist look like ive juts eaten and elephant? |

| Re: androgens and waist bloat well i was eating to get big but not fat. even empty stomach on a morning id look like id just eaten a big meal. my bodyfat stayed constant throughout. the skin fold on my obliques and stomach stayed the same soi i didnt gain any fat. just looked pregnant all the time lol. im sure someone mentioned somthing about igf 1 increase of androgens causing waist swelling. dont qoute me on this though as it might be bull ****/ i read it wrong |

| Re: androgens and waist bloat Bloat could be from water, food still in the gut etc. You won't get distended gut from 'roids alone, moreso if you were using injectable (orals do raise IGF-1 once they've passed the liver but do not cause distended gut).
