Q? How much Nolva to combat gyno symptoms?

Hi guys,

I have read a fair bit about gyno and combating the problem when on cycle, however I am hearing conflicting opinions and views.
I am 4 days into a dbol cycle and have the itchy nipple symptom, I have also notoced what feels like a ball bearing beneath the nipple, although I am pretty sure that this was there before and cant be shifted.
I am slightly worried about worsening possible gyno and do not have Armidex, although I have a good supply of Nolva on hand for such a problem, how much would you reccomend running during cycle and for how long? I have read from as much as 60mg until the problem subsides, then 20mg until the end of cycle, to as little as 20mg, then stop and also 20mg until cycle ends.

All suggestions would be more than welcome, cheers.

I'd take 60mg straight away and then reduce it as the effects subside and run20mg until end of cycle and through PCT.

Better still get yourself some Lethro and this will help to reduce any gyno that has formed.

Re: Q? How much Nolva to combat gyno symptoms?

Cheers guys,

Have taken 40mg and will continue to do so for a week then drop down to 20mg, not 100% that it is gyno but best to be sure, the itching is very mild and is more of a slight annoyance than a real scratchy itch, no tenderness really.

The lumps have been there since I can remember, they are directly under the surface of the nipple point and not below as in directional of something being below or on top, if that helps????

Sounds to me like it's gyno from abolsence hormone inbalance or similar, the Dbol is making it flare up again, therefore you are not at stage 1 gyno, you are in an advanced stage, regardless of only just starting a cycle for the first time.

I would recommend doing what I have said previously due to this fact.

Letro or Adex are not an option unfortunately, would it be best to just come off, dont want BT's?

Re: Q? How much Nolva to combat gyno symptoms?

It's your choice you can try and see if the nolva calms it down and stay on, but I never touch Dbol now as it plays havoc with me, so I guess the sensible thing to do is stop the Dbol and run some Nolva.

Before you do another cycle get some Adex or Lethro and stay clear of Dbol Tbol would be a better option or better still Anavar.

But your going to really need to run an AI with every cycle you do unless you have it removed.

Paul S do you agree with this bud or am I being too cautious?

Much appreciated, it is not visible in the slightest, the only thing is that I have puffy nipps but that has always been the case, I am not what you would call a big chap and at 31 I expect my gyno is related to pubescent glandular illnesses and related estrogenic build up?????
I just dont want it to get out of hand, if I come off now, will I need to continue the Nolva as a precautionary method instead or in substitute of pct?
Coming off would be a real shame as I am really feeling the positive effects of the d-bol............................and obviously the negative!

Is proviron an option for you? I always prefer this over nolva during cycle.

Proviron is not an option, at the moment.

Re: Q? How much Nolva to combat gyno symptoms?

The best precautionary I think is proviron. I would like to try adex but it seems a bit pricey right now. I also believe in going with what already works for myself rather then trying something new that may not work as well for me.

Even if you run a precautionary you still will need PCT if you're running a decent Dbol only cycle.

Thought you meant if you run the whole cycle would you still need PCT if you use a precautionary.

Didn't realize you meant this only if you come off now.

If you come off after 4 days I don't think you'll need PCT since you aren't shutdown, but I would use meds to make sure this gyno doesn't get worse.

I wouldn't stop the cycle though, maybe just cut the dosage of the dbol until you get this under control.
