| Sexy Moderator | Lean, Mean Fat burning Machine. Hey Gang. Ok, end of my cycle approaches. 9 days left :boohoo: I am looking forward to ending the cycle, its been a fairly long one (15 weeks) with a lot of shots. Looking forward to getting PCT outta the way and having a good detox. This has to have been the best cycle I have ever done. My condition is at its best and have felt strong and pumped almost the entire cycle. So, weeks 1 - 12 went something like this: 1 - 4: Hormone Solutions Oxytest @ 1ml EOD + HS TBol @ 100mg ED 1 - 6: HS NNP @ 300mg WK + 750mg Sust PW 6 - 12: HS Tren @ 300mg WK + 750mg Sust PW + HS Winny @ 50mg ED GH @ 4iu x 4 nights a week. I also ran a combo of T5 (ECA/N), HS T3+T4 Combo Caps, Clen and ROHM ThermoLipid throughout the cycle. With that little lot i topped the 18 stone mark one week which i LOVED, but it was very exhausting holding that weight, a little to much I thought. Great feeling tho ![]() So the last 2 weeks and the next 9 days have been/are: HS OxyTest @ 150mg EOD + HS Prop @ 200mg WK. HCG @ 1,500iu WK HS T3+T4 Combo caps Provion @ 100mg ED Nolva @ 40mg ED T5 My diet has followed: 6.20am: T5 6.30am: Cardio + Light Weights/Abs 7.30am: Creatine CEE + Glutamine 7.50am: 60g Whey + Water 9.00am: 75g Oats + 40g Whey + Water + Rasins + Almonds. 10.30am: 100g Cod Fillet + 50g Brown Rice 12.00pm: Banana 2.00pm: 100g Cod Fillet + 75g Brown Rice 4.30pm: 50g Whey + 50g WMS 5.15pm: Creatine CEE + AAKG + Di Arganin Malate (sp) 5.30pm: Train 6.45pm: Creatine CEE + Glutamine 7.00pm: 60g Whey + 60g WMS + Water 8.30pm: Dinner (100g Rice/Pasta + Meat + salad or Meat Omlette, etc) These last 2 weeks have been mega, im just getting leaner by the day. My whole body is changing, ok im dropping a little weight (Dropped from 245lb to 240lb) but looking pretty good for it. Clare measured me up Sunday, completely unpumped and I was: Chest: 49" L+R Bicep: 18" Waist 34" I will post up some final pics over the next couple of days. Picture in my avvy was about week 10.

| Sexy Moderator | Re: Lean, Mean Fat burning Machine. Next time round I defiantaly wont be doing a long cycle. Going to stick to around the 6 - 8 weekers now i think. This was just far to long for me. More on the mental side of things rather than the physical. Also the EOD shots for 15 weeks wernt plesent. Ive learnt so much about my body this time, relised that I can slide off diet a few times a month and not worry about it, infact it probably does more good than harm. Also learnt a lot more about diet, food timings, protein and supplement timings, etc to my own body. I almost feel I can continue my progress off cycle with normal food/supplement for a while now. Just gotta get PCT outta the way now :( I dont think im too shut-down, hopefully i should recover pretty well But, 15-20 weeks now before i even consider going back on! Might just have a boost with some GH and IGF inbetween tho ;)

Its not one of those things you can run for more than 3 - 4 weeks at a time because it is very strong and is in a pretty strong solvent. Although the solvent is safe for humans to use, I didnt like running it for longer than 4 weeks. Initial gains were massive. Within 2 weeks I was up in weight (10lb+ iirc) and strength and my condition has started to improve. Its great as a starter to a cycle to really kick everything off (while you wait for longer ester to kick in, etc). I didnt quite break my 200kg bench which I was hoping to do this time but i did get an extra 10kg on my lifts and 30kg on my squats within 3 weeks of starting the cycle! Im also running it at the end of the cycle, just for a bit of a pump and strength just along side some prop before the cycle finishes. With Letro the water wasnt too bad on the oxytest, infact it wasnt really noticable at all. If i forgot to take letro tho, I certianly felt the water around the mid-section, very bloated and sluggish. Defiantally something i`ll be using with every cycle in the future.

I have one before Cardio which is usually enough to push me right through the day. Sometimes I will take one before training at night if im really tired and un-motivated. You can feel it kick in and have a great workout (This is where you have to be careful not to get addicted to it, because it really does enhance workouts). If i have one at night tho, i wont sleep well at all. I also take it if im going out clubbing/pubbing/socalising and feeling a bit run down, soon gets ya woke up ![]()

a) because Im very very tollarable to meds, always have been. and b) I was running other stuff with it so cant comment on oxy alone. Very rarely ever get side effects from anything at all. This cycle a couple of complains I had were: A few Headaches A few Spots on my Shoulders A few "lethargic" days Some Bloating and discomfort if I forgot to take letro. That was it, Blood pressure was monitored through-out by my gym and GP and was litrually spot on the entire time, even had an ECG done as well mid-cycle and that was all clear ![]() I feel You do need a good Anti-E with the Oxytest tho. Letro worked perfect for me @ around 0.5ml - 0.75ml EOD.
