![]() | Is this normal post cycle? It seems Ive been experiecing some pain and soarness in my shoulders and arms lately. This morning I worked out my back and biceps, now my arms are hurting to the bone. I mean from my shoulders to my hands, its a dull pain thats unpleasent. I am 4wks post cycle of deca and test and wonder if its the deca leaving the joints. Basicly causing them to dry out somewhat. Is this normal or anyone had this happen? Maybe Glutamine would help........your suggestions. |

| EFBB Winner | Get some cod liver oil and Glucosimine into you. Whats prob happened is your strengh has gone up a **** load while on cycle, and your joints havnt had time to adapt to the change. Ive got 2 damaged shoulders due to this, and its a horrible dull pain which i now have to live with. Best thing is to take it a little easier over your pct so your connective tissue etc can catch up to the stengh change.

![]() | Sounds like a good idea taking it easy/light. i feel like just taking a week off, but i know that is just post cycle lazyness so to speek. no energy. Glucosimin is what I meant, its for healing soar and damaged muscle quicker. Thanks alot. |
