advice

i have recently started steroids for the first time, i bought blue harts. could anyone advise me on ho many i should take a day and for how long, how much training should i be doing and wat kind of diet i should be on. my plans are to gain weight and size but need help:lift:

do you know exactly what they are? whats in them? by the sounds of your post, i think it would be better to do a little reading of other peoples posts on this forum. By reading and researching you can answer nearly all your questions yourself.

So you have started steroids that you refer to as 'Blue Hearts' and now you are asking for advice on cycle, diet and training??? :confused:

I will give you the benefit of the doubt and hope you have the answers to the following questions first:

How old are you?

Have you actually begun taking the steroids already?

Do you know what steroids (blue hearts) you have bought?

Do you know what dose they are?

Do you know anything about them? side effects, benefits, contra-indications?

Do you have a PCT set up?

Do you know what a PCT is or even what it stands for?

Have you also bought a SERM in case you get gyno from the 'Blue Hearts'?

Do you know what Gyno is?

Have you calculated your starting weight, body fat?

What is your current routine?

What is your training history? How long, how often?

What is your current diet, how much is eaten and when, exact times and meal contents please?

ANswer these questions fully and we can progress from there, but as your initial question stands, you haven't represented yourself very well,as we take steroid use very seriously here and rightly so.

not another one jesus the world is full of muppets so let me get this straight you have bought some Steroids to get big and ripped but you don't know how to take them or a thing about diet....i give up

Well presumably you already train and eat well so just keep doing that but do more of it.

22 views and no replies so I figure we all enjoy asking the same sh!t over and over and over again.

Mate all I can say is answer SportDr's questions. It's probably going to highlight loads of weakness or complete holes in your current training!

Steroids should be used to breakthrough the genetic wall that's holding you back.. Not get you closer to it quicker so you can sit there longer.
