I was reading a thread and was going to comment on Pscarbs reply.. Thread. http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/steroid-t...dbol-only.html Reply: Quote:
This above question gets asked allot all the time.... Perhaps a sticky with a question form to full out before asking all this could help.. Not being stupid or trying to be funny. They could full it out and then copy and paste it with their question. Perhaps those questions alone would highlight holes and things needed to do before asking how to get big or do a course? It might save them needing to start a thread, or when they start relevant info is there to answer on. If everyone perhaps put some effort in it could help someone new allot. Example 1. How many days do you train 2. List you daily diet 3. How much water do you drink 3. What's your weight/height and age 4. Years been training 5. What level do you consider yourself at. 6. What are you goals 7. have you taken steroids before 8. If question about current course What do you have for PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) etc.. etc.. I'm sure there is loads that can be asked or maybe it's too much. I donno.. maybe I need to go sleep as I'm talking rubbish or maybe this would actually help newbies allot.

We also need to know age, BF% on the body stats and previous cycles. Basically the more information put there, the more we can help and the more we are likely to help as you have done your research first instead of expecting us to give you all the answers. SD
