Dianabol won't cause the same joint problems as winny.

Winny tends to dry out your joints too much, causing pain.
If you're using dbol and feeling joint pain it may be you are gaining muscle strength faster than your connective tissue can match. Maybe lay off the heavier weights and and get some glucosamine and chondroitin in.

You could add deca to the mix to increase collagen synthesis and aid your joints.

Take it easy as an injury could wreck your cycle and your motivation.

Agreed, Deca is good if you are suffering from joint pain.

I would back off a little on the heavy lifts once and awhile. That happened to me. Got the bench up 50 lbs and then it took months for that to recover. Joint aches can be helped with Evening Primrose Oil. Good stuff. I would up the water too.

Remember, you will be pushing more weight and have more drive too. Gear makes the muscles grow fast. The connective tissue cant keep up. There are things like HGH that will help in that department if you can afford it.
Joint aches are normal and alot of people get them. I had a friend doing one arm dumbbell curls with 50 lbs and he threw his back out from the load on just one arm putting a funny angle on his back. He was jacked up for awhile. Seems his biceps were stronger than his back

Jointace (High Strength) contains both of those, I've just started on it but if you want any more info go to www.vitabiotics.com I'll let you know how I get on.

Per two tabs which is the recommended daily dose = Chondroitin Sulphate - 400mg & Glucosamine 1,000mg. plus other vitamins and minerals.

Other info:
Glucosamine sulphate is of course an important nutrient for the maintenance of joint health, as the body's ability to manufacture it naturally appears to decline with age. But while glucosamine sulphate plays an effective role in the production of collagen, the natural cushion in cartilage, it is only one factor in joint health.

Chondroitin is also included in the formulation, as it works synergistically with the glucosamine to help renew and repair cartilage, and maintain the lubricating properties of fluids around the joints. JointaceŽ contains a special high quality LMW (Low molecular weight ) form of chondroitin.

Phantom - is there another brand which is better?

I am using the asda brand funnily enough and it has per 2 tabs... 1000mg glucosamine and 800 chondroitin... comes in 30 tabs and costs about 4.80 or so... not sure if its better or not... my Mum (even more funny) has a leaflet with some glucosamine/chondroitin tabs that are stronger and come in 60s I think for the same price... will get the info off her and let you know... thats where I was going to get some next when mine run out in the next week or so...
