I've pooled a lot of knowledge and my own experience to create a bit of a mini monster cycle to get a few more pounds of muscle before the British on October 14. My diet will start on July 14 so I've got till June 14 or thereabouts to grow a little bit. Some background then. I stopped all my gear about a week before the Portsmouth show apart from some Proviron to keep my androgen levels up while using Aldactone. Then after the show I started immediately on my PCT which consisted of ROHM PCT caps. I also used GH and insulin so as to keep myself in an anabolic state while taking advantage of the rebound after the diet. I had about 4-5 weeks off total and started this cycle last Sunday. The basic premise for this cycle is a anabolic/androgenic base with a high dose of androgens prior to workout which will clear within a few hours of the workout sort of like 'SteroidXplode' LMAO. Heres the plan Each week 400mg of ROHM 200mg/ml NPP 500mg of Jelfa Omnadren 250mg/ml then prior to workout i.e. 1 hour or so 1ml Hormone Solutions OxyTest 150mg/ml 0.5ml Hormone Solutions Methyl Trienolone 2mg/ml 100mcg Omega IGF I am also trialing a different PWO method which involves 5iu Actrapid Insulin 4iu Hygetropin Taken together straight after WO. I will be training as follows MOnday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Wednesday and Sunday are rest days so no Insulin, GH, MT or OT on these days. Saturday is always arm day. The rest of the week is split up according to the following spilt Chest Delts, Traps Back, Traps Quads Hamstrings and Calfs so you'll see there are 5 workouts but only 4 workout days. Therefore each week will be different and this will keep shocking the body throughout the course. Some planning is required i.e. I woudl never do Hamstrings the day after Back due to deads being utilised in both. similarly Chest would never follow Delts. So some weeks a bodypart may be rested 7 days others 10 and others 5. It is all designed to keep the body guessing and forcing growth. So lets begin. Last week when I started this course I was 93kg. On Friday I was 97kg but quite bloated and with noticeable signs of water retention. Therefore I have started to use Letro each day which has brought down the water and also addressed any nipple activity which is always a concern using aromatising androgens. Yesterday I trained legs and was 96.6kg. Today will be a rest day. Diet plan and diary starts from tomorrow.

Im going to start using the GH and Slin at the same time myself. People are reporting site specific growth doing this with IM shots and also less joint pain.

So this week I am about 97kg but still quite lean so I am deducing that the gear is keeping me quite full. Here is a sample of a daily food intake (training day) 6.30 - 50g WMS and 50g Inner Armour Whey + 5iu Insulin 8.30 - 6 Weetabix and 45g Pro Peptide 11.00 - 250g Chicken and 75g Rice 1.00 - Inner Armour BBing Gainer (1/2 serving with a scoop of Whey) 50g Carbs 50g Protein 3.00 - Same as 11am 4.30 - Same as 1pm 5.00 - 1ml OxyTest, 1mg Methyl Trien. 100mcg IGF. 5.15 - Nitroblast 5.45 - Train 7.00 - 5iu Actrapid Insulin, 4iu Hygetropin, Cellmass 9.00 - Evening meal (8 egg omlette and bagel/Spag bol/Chilli/Sweet and sour chicken or other low fat high protein meal) 11.00 - 4iu Hygetropin and Secreta GH --------------------------------------- This weeks training has been quite good. Although on most days I have felt that I could lift more but was limited by my tendons, obviously I dont want to tear a pec etc so I have only lifted what I could manage. Some good lifts this week have been 4 plate Romanian deadlift as my LAST exercise on Hamstrings after some heavy curls and straight leg deads. 160kg Incline BB Bench then cable flyes and then 60kg Dumbell chest Press for 12 reps. 4 plate rear squat down to the ground (remember I have only just got back into rear squatiing in the last few months) So not any maximums there but close to it and only 2 weeks back on the gear so I was quite happy with that. I am also noticeably fuller after training but all over not just in the muscles I've trained. I'm definately getting bigger and although I'm not in any type of show condition I am still quite lean so havent put on too much bad weight. I am confidant that I can gain a few more lbs before the British. One thing that is noticeable is that my delts (where most of the GH and slin goes) are getting fuller. One thing that I am working on is bringing them up to size in line with my Triceps which overpower them a little. Will be interesting to see if they retain the size once the spot inj have stopped.

I have serious doubts as to whether a compond that pertains to be a mix of the two compounds above would even hold in solution let alone last long enough without crashing to be used in a cycle. This would also tend to make me concerned about the legitimacy of other products in th range!! 2mg/ml MT ... Why? :crazy: etc etc I was just wondering whether you have had this tested? I for one was amazed at your progress while dieting and the shape you turned up at the last show and being a beleiver in the 'if it aint broke dont try to fix it' mentality would hate to see you lose some of what you had gained previously with a new unproven lab/substance!! I understand that this is not the substance you are using in the lead up to your next comp but just a thought!!! I would be interested to hear what your thoughts on this are? |

TBH I was a bit sceptical about the product myself as I've never used Oxy before and so was worried about the sides especially combining it with MT. However I've heard good things from others who have tried this product and I'm also sourcing pretty much direct so I know that its coming from a trusted guy. There's always a risk with UG gear of course and all you can do is reduce the risk by being sensible. However I've been recommended Hormone Solutions by a number of guys I trust and they have not had any problems with it. I do pretty much stay to what I know with regards to UG labs but I do like the quality of Hormone Solutions products and the results I am getting speak for themselves, I'll put up some pics soon. I liek to get the best combination that I can and therefore Trying new products is part of what I do when they come with recommendation. As for the products crashing etc. I'm not a biochemist so I dont know how this has been resolved. My show prep will be pretty much the same this time around except that I will not use MST. Instead I will be using Winstrol as I added this in at the end of my diet and I became noticeably harder. Everything else will be the same. I agree that if something works I wont be changing it.

![]() | Re: High androgen Pre workout mass cycle Will be interested to see how you get on these next few weeks Tom. I ran a short cycle of HS Oxytest recently and the stuff really works. Like you I felt constantly full and tight and the pumps so tight they actually hurt at times. I was using a higher dose than normal and having used all its components, Oxy, Suspension and Prop at diferent times throughout the years I would not question the srength of this product. If you ever use this stuff you will instantly notice that it is cut / disolved in a unique way.....or using a unique method. Im no chemist but it seems HS have hit upon a way of getting it to hold in there...god knows how!! lol Guess I just have to hold my hands up and bow to there greater knowledge!! ![]() Where ae you raning at the mo Tom, being from Bristol myself the only place I know round here that has 60k bells is prolab and empire! I dont find that I'm holding a lot of water but then my diet is super clean at the moment as I like it to be when I'm on gear so that my cholesterol doesnt go too haywire.
