Pretty badly swollen Quad

Hey yall, i just started some prop made with ethyl oleate and 2 shots later my right quad is really swollen. Its not red and doesent hurt that much but i was shocked when i actually looked at it .The other quad which i shot with the same gear is fine. Since i dont have alot of pain and no redness im not freaking but it looks almost freakishly swollen.
Anyone here ever get that?

Re: Pretty badly swollen Quad

Did you follow the same injection protocol?, bearing in mind the other quad is fine i would be inclined to think this is protocol related?????

Re: Pretty badly swollen Quad

Its knarly. It hurts a tad bit . The swelling is still the same, huge.
When i push my fingers into it for a few seconds they just sink in and after i remover them there are depressions left where my fingers were.
Its full of lymph.
Crud inject perhaps a bit to far on the top .
Or , im having a reaction to the prop / oleate.

Re: Pretty badly swollen Quad

Dude, that sounds bad deff go to one of those Walkin Centers there normally really helpfully and see you within an hour or 2.

Is it really warm to touch compared with the other side, just sounds a little worring because a Grapfruit is frikkin big !!! Maybe put a pic up not that where doc or anything but atleast we can get an idea of how bad it is....

Re: Pretty badly swollen Quad

Get it checked out asap. Not worth the risk IMO! Sounds really bad dude. Don't want to sound lairy but I wouldn't wait to be told to see a doc if my leg was like that.

Re: Pretty badly swollen Quad

I appreciate you guys advice alot .
Some of the swelling is down today and it doesent hurt , no reddness no heat.
Lets see ill try and descibe the intial swelling more accuratly.
At the worst it was 5 maybe 6 inches long , 2 inches wide and raised up about 3/4 of an inch . Pretty big , Looked like i had about 2 more years training on the muscle.
Now its almost the same just shrunken down by maybe 20 %.The actual muscle itself just swoll up.
I cant figure any reason for it.
Im waiting one more day, if it is still improving im fine .
Problem is im scared of the gear now.
Thanx Dark

Re: Pretty badly swollen Quad

It might be you reacting to prop. I have seen similar before with certain esthers. Not every shot is the same, but one in every few seems to react that little bit worse.

Make sure your injection technique is spot on and try again. If it happens again then maybe think about switching sites. If the problem is still there try a different esther.
