![]() | Athlete contemplating HGH I am a 19 year old football player in america. i attend community college and am trying to get a scholarship to play at a university. i have experimented with anabolic steroids in the past(deca, sust,winny,). i am thinking about taking HGH during our summer lifting/conditioning program(the months of june and july). Our camp starts in august, at which time i will start taking deca and will continue taking throughout the season. I took deca last season, and liked what it helped me with during the course of the football season: lubrication of joints, continued strength gains, and of course an increased temper. I had a few questions as to if that would be too much on my body, and if taking HGH during our summer program is worth the $$. any advice(positive or negative) will help me out, thanks! |

![]() | Re: Athlete contemplating HGH You r pretty young bro...Words of advice brotha....chill for a moment. U havnt even grew to your full potential yet. Get your diet right according to your goals. U need to stay on this board and read alot of post these experienced aas users right. This stuff isnt anything you should experimenting with....Theres side affects that can make you fall apart if you dont do things correctly. Im not bashing u at all young bro but if you insist on using u better do all your research and you r gonna have to post your stats and your goals and maybe someone can help u. ![]() | Re: Athlete contemplating HGH i play fullback, i am 5'10 220. my current lifts are: 425 bench,520 squat, 320 power clean, and a 4.9 40. i want to get my weight up to a minimum of 230 and my 40 to a 4.8 at worst. my diet is very clean considering that i am trying to up my weight. i start off the day with a high protein/high fiber cereal with skim milk, along with multi vitamins and some fruit. i have a protein shake after i lift and my typical lunch is brown rice mixed with a can of tuna and avocado. my next meal is normally a chicken breast and either some veggies or some sort of complex carb. for dinner i eat red meat with red potatoes and veggies every other night, and whole wheat pasta and a chicken breat for the non red meat dinners. i finish the day with a protein shake before bed. i will be honest and say that i do have 2-3 cheat meals/week. no my parents do not know i have used steroids, i would be out of my mind to tell them so. i do know that i am pretty young to be using steroids, but unfortunately time is not on my side with regards to my football career. coming from a not very wealthy family, i do not have the money to afford university tuition. i am willing to take a risk if it gives a better chance for a football scholarship.
