How do you shoot ur glute ?

I did my second lots of shots last nite.... 2ml mix of test-e & eq - ouch, did my left glute but the was a bitch dam hand goin up and down like a Pogo stick and took me abt 3 - 5 mins to do !

Just wondered if its best to do left - right - left - right (alternate each week) Or its it just stick to stick the the right side ?

Opinions anyone ? or experience ? (is it absorbed better when you alternate ?

(how easy is it to get an abcess too or do u just have to be dam unlucky?)

I have been alternating cheeks, still get hard lumps but they go by the time next shot comes

Whats the best way to keep your hand steady or does it just come with practice !

After a few shots the hands tend to steady up, glute shots i find difficult anyway, i prefer delt shots

Always rotate sites. I use Glutes and Delts and always rotate left then right.

As for the hand shaking, just be confident and relax.

Must admit that the second time was much easier & I didnt go pale this time LoL !!!

Maybe because I did lying down.... but the bed a bit awkward because if you move even a little u bounce around I think the floor might be a better choice next time.
