I spiked my highes ever today at 140 over 73. An hour later 130 over 72.
For me 140 is a high number .
Had a very stress ful day yesterday though as a tree fell on my new truck.

And now an hour later 126 over 69 . Its crazy how much it can change and for no apprarent reason.
One guy at the gym said his spiked to 160 over 80 . That seems scary but i know he using a ton of tren.
