Inner Quad Injections - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Has anyone Injected into the Inner Quad (Tear Drop) near the knee?

If so can you answer some questions:

Is it more painful than any other location (ie. Quad, Glute)?

What's the max you can shoot into that area?

If someone could let me know soon ish or I'll have to answer the questions myself.

I would avoid these injections like the plague mate

1. Too close to artery

2. Small muscle group with lots of nerve endings and blood vessels

3. Close to knee so danger of inflammation of knee joint.

Thats about the only advice I can give.

but i have heard of people using IGF/MGF/GH in the area. but still a little dodgy for my tastes!

I did it once and couldn't walk proper for over a week....the jab didn't hurt, but the after effects were unbelievable

I haven't jabed in that exact area but do sometimes in my groin/inner thigh. Its something I was put onto by some dutch Powerlifters that use the area. Its quite difficult to descibe without showing you. But basically if you tense your quad you will feel at the very top of your thigh where your main thigh muscle goes into you hip the top of your rectus femoris, the main quad muscle in the centre of the quad. Now inside from that you if you raise yor knee upto your chest as if to flex your hip flexers you will feel to the right about an inch of the rectus fem your hip flexor flex. Now inbetween the rec fem and the hip flexor is a soft area where if you push into you cant really feel any muscle or anything, well thats the area. Ive done upto 2.5ml in this spot and yes it can still be a little sore like if i jab anywhere else but is another spot that can be used.

its very simple and easy, you can sit down relax, jab, draw back and do all that your ment to, you might be suprised. Just make sure if you do you do they correct area!

Are you sure this isn't close to the femoral artery? that runs down the inside of the leg too.

no to hit the femeral artery you would have to come more into the inner thigh rather than high into the top of the thigh near the hip flexor.
I know of the danger of hitting the femeral artey and if thought it would be close i wouldn't risk it. Ideally I would have to show someone how to do it and the exact area, its very hard to describe in writing.
