adive on cutting??is steroids the answer?

hi guys.

this is my first time so please be gentle!
this is my situation - i have done wieghts on/off for 4 years now.i have suffered with a few injures,last year a bad one(knee) which caused me to put on some unwanted weight!also has flared up a back problem(which so far i am managing.)


wgt - 12stne 12lb
ht - 5ft 8"
age - 24

now i am able to do cardio and a massive in diet/lifestyle iv lost a stone.

to cut a long story short i am not intrested in "getting masive" again because of injures and im also in the forces and it is not practical. just a bit of help shifting the last of the fat and to get ripped more?

at the moment i am limited to very light wieghts and ressistance stuff with bands.i do feel though i have suficant muscle bulk

iv done some resurch on clenbuterol and winstrol but keep getting mixed info?

some adivce on these and if this is the right road to go down or if people have got results with them?

Hello Mate.

12st 12lb @ 5ft 8lb, i cant see you being that fat anyway.

You dont need steroids mate if your just looking to shift a few lb of fat.

Diet and Cardio is the key, and some moderate weight training for shape and also the extra muscle will increase your metabolism.

Id stick with an OTC supplement, like SAN Tight, Hydroxycuts or Xenadrine Hardcore.

Post up your diet, training regieme, etc and we can go from there.

thanks for your reply
i understand what you are saying.i would like some more muscle definition and quick!
my typical weekly training/diet as follows
mon 60 min fat burning HR - around 145 BPM (60- 70%)
light weights 1 x muscle group
tue - harder cv up to 85% MAX heart rate.
run/walk program 30 min (on going rehab for knee)
light weights
wed - fat burning CV - (60%-70%)
swimming - 45 min
thurs
no cv
run/walk prog 30 min
resistance stuff with thero band
l
fri medium cv interval stuff between 60 - 80%
run/walk prog
light weights
this can alternate slightly with different rest day etc.
diet
break - cereal (porrige or weetabix)
lunch - salad,meat of some kind or jkt potato
tea - pasta or fruit with porrige. or a soup with bread
will snack through out the day on fruits
more or less my dayly diet - however i will treat myself once a week with a takeaway etc.
not familiar with these supplements??
