Sleep issues due to Hornyness

Ever heard the joke:

What's the difference between light and hard?

You can sleep with the light on!

Well it's true.

Since I started my last stack which includes Test Ethan I am perpetually waking up, randy as hell at 3:30am, almost on the dot! Now I know that sleep is extremely important for muscle growth and these middle of the night wake-me-ups are becoming a concern. (They were fun at first... well at least for me, the missus wasn't too chuffed!)

I'm bloody sure I am not the first guy to go through this, so how do you guys control you know who in the middle of the night?

I've even considered the possibility of using my natural alarm clock as a chance to get more protein in during the night, while I am downstairs watching some german tv channel, but all the protein in the world won't help if i am not getting sufficient sleep.

Does my sleep need to be 8 hours uninterrupted or can it be done in sessions to the total target amount? Do you ever use any kind of sleep remedies to keep you out for the full 8? Am i concerned over nothing? Realistically 5 minutes of personal attention and I'm ready to sleep again.

I am not stressed or ill or anything, just randy as hell. Any advice greatly appreciated!

Re: Sleep issues due to Hornyness

Its not a problem IMO unless you find its making you tired throughout the day.. How do you feel when you get up in the morning and throughout the rest of the day?

Does it still happen if you have some fun before you sleep?

As you said use the opportunity to throw a casein based shake down your neck, and take matters into you own hands if necessary ;)

Are you using an AI during the cycle? What I find is if you use an AI during the cycle to keep the water off eg Adex your sex drive doesn't get as high as without it.. Assuming the AI isn't prov that is. ;)

So if you are becoming a real sex pest and it is causing problems in your relationship you can consider adding Adex or Letro. Im not recommending you use these drugs just for that reason but keeping the water off and gyno at bay is always a good thing anyway IMO.

If you and your partner are enjoying the effect of the test and your not bothered about a bit of extra water then your fine as you are with just Nova to hand in case of gyno.

Re: Sleep issues due to Hornyness

Well I guess I feel ok when I get up in the mornings. Never amazing. If I train at lunchtime, then i tend to feel a bit drowsy in the afternoons and the first hour when i get home is basically Cabbage time, this is pretty much normal if I have lifted to failure during the day.

Happy generally though, no colds/flu like things from the lack of sleep/reduced immune system (touch wood).

Thanks for the advice on the AI. I've never really had massive issues with water retention, so wasn't intending to add it in. I think I might consider it for cycle 4 though, I usually just keep enough Nolva on hand to get me through if i see signs of gyno.

Slightly relieved to hear that the break in my sleep isn't a major issue tbh cos I am quite happy with the side effect!

well except at work... I think my boss keeps looking at me funny.
