Hi, Im a newbie when it come to taking steroids but im not a newbie when it comes to weigh training.

Im considering taking DecAnT® 10ml - Nandrolone Decanoate. I weigh in at 85kg and am 5ft 11 inches Tall. Im quite well built with about 20% body fat. I eat constructively through the day and my meals are all evenly split. I take optimum whey protein after my workouts and thats about it.

I dont want to get enormous and I just want a cycle which is moderate. Please can you explain if Decca is all I need to take or if I ned to take something else with this and why? what will happen if I take Decca alone and carry on with the whey protein?

How often ould I nee to take Decca and what amount?

Most people recommend against a Deca only cycle as it can shut you down quite hard and cause problems with libido. Deca is a good basic steroid and most people tolarate it quite well.
For your first cycle (i'm asuming this is your first cycle) I'd go with a 8-10 week cycle of testosterone (sus 250, test enanthate, test cypionate e.t.c.)
in the range of 500mg per week.
See how you respond to this then for your next course you could consider adding in deca with the test.
Also do you know about and planned your pct for when you come of cycle?
You want to get every thing in advance ready for when you need it.

I wouldn't run deca on it's own.....add some test to it mate, say 2-1 test and deca.....for 1st cycle anyway.....and don't forget to plan out your PCT

Go with a classic Testosterone bulker mate, Cypionate or Enanthate @ 500mg a week for 8-10weeks along with a good workout routine and diet will serve you well, you might want to add D-bol as a kick-start at 20-40mg for first 4-6 weeks. Don't run Deca on it's own, this will shut you down hard and possibly cause long term HTPA problems (winger did this I think)

Speaking from experience, my first cycle was 500mg Test Cypionate and 400mg of Deca, TBH Deca on a first cycle is overkill IMO. Didn't do a great deal for me just blew me up like the Marshmallow man!

i wouldnt run it as a first cycle. although i realy rate deca, works great with me, along with sust. as a first cycle, i would run a little dbol and test enan cycle. u will see good gains with this, aslong as diet training etc is spot on

as boris said mate, same advice i would give. first cycle i would run 1ml sus 1ml deca for 8 weeks, then make sure you have tamoxifen availible incase gyno effects. and for your pct

Guys thanks for the advice.

So shall I take CypAnT® 10ml - CypAnT® 10ml - Testosterone Cypionate 200mg per ? would this be enough supply for one cycle?

What will I take once I have finishied the cycle?

So I should take Testosterone Cypionate once a week with a dosage of 500mg, do i need to take anything else with this?

Thanks again for your help guys. This will be my first cycle and dont want to take a lot of strength but do want to see gradual results.

If you had 2 x 10ml vials and take 1ml(200mg) every 3 days this would keep blood levels stable and would give you an 8 week cycle at 500mg per week.
you should have nolvadex on hand in case you have any syptoms of gyno or excess water bloat.
you will also need the noladex at the end of your cycle to use for pct.(do a search in this forum to find out more about pct)
If using a cypionate ester you would start pct about 2 weeks after yoour last jab.
Also as mentioned above you might want to use d-bol or something similar at the begining of your cycle until the test kicks in and again at the end of your cycle in the 2 weeks leading up to pct.(begin pct the day after your last d-bol tablet)

Is that a question or statment?
I wouldn't consider deca as part of a fast 4 week cycle, it's only really kicking in at that point.
The faster acting NPP would make for a better choice preferably with a bit of test prop.

Never run deca on its own.
In fact drop that idea all together.
I did that and so did my brother and he had low test levels for 1 year.
I never touch deca anymore at all and would not shoot that if you payed me.

But that is just me, deca can be one of the most supressive steroids around.
Testosterone cypionate or enanthate for a first cycle would be my first recommendation.
Something simple like 500mg a week for 8-10 weeks, running a mild aromatase inhibitor in there, keeping an eye on the nuts for atrophy.

Simple.
Start PCT 2 weeks after last jab and if no atrophy you shouldnt have many problems.

hopefully nobody will take your advice as dbol on its own is a stupid first cycle. in my opinion the best and only first cycle should be

1-12 500mg test (test e/test c)
PCT starting 2 weeks after last injection
nolvadex
Days 1 to 14: 40mg ED
Days 15 to 30: 20mg ED
