I'm new to this site, been flamed in the past on an american site because i asked advice about Tren Acetate that i was using at that time and didin't know how to use it. Been told by my dealer to use it twice a week and when i asked for advice on the forum i've been mistreated with no advice o what so ever. I explained that i was using Boldenone and Tren and been flamed again because in someone view i wasn't gaining enough weight( even if i used for cutting purposes), so obviously my training wasn't right. And i felt bad about it, obviously the "Mr Know it all" attitude is something that i didn't found in here and that's why i'll keep on reading treads and posting questions.
By the way, this is a great website, lots of information and as far i can tell...great people |

Well, many of the dudes that flamed you couldnt answer your questions with any knowledge 
We dont flame here, sure debates can get heated but you wont get flammed here, and if you do, contact one of the mods and it WILL get sorted fast.
This board is growing very fast and the lack of flames is just one reason.
99% if not 100% of your questions can be asked and answered here (except price questions or source questions), some will even give you great detail.

hello, looking for some advice boys. i've been training for about 4 years but never used steroids, im looking to be totally lean, say max 6% body fat at around 15.5 stonefor the summer. im currently 14s st 8 at 13% body fat. what would you recommend to bulk initially, then cut to my final weight? | |
