| Re: Flaming of Newbies Yeah I was wrong......Im a fool dam it a fool!
It was on another site that I was flamed. not this one.
And I shouldnt have recommended another trainer to use aas after three months training (must have missed that bit).
Cant be bothered to defend myself anymore than that, so everyone continue to jump on the band wagon and noone forgive my worthless soul for making a mistake!
Ohhh drama queen I am.

| Re: Flaming of Newbies spot on mate
i think when people see newbie trainer they automatically feel the need to flame them but as i have said before a newbie to this site may have years of experience so dont judge the fact that they are new as you may like teaching your grandmother to suck eggs

| Re: Flaming of Newbies For the most part flamming is not accepted here on UKM, not by anybody.
Maybe some frendly banter but flames are not permitted.
That is one thing that puts this board above many others.
American boards are notorious for flamming newbee's.

| Re: Flaming of Newbies Been a while since this was highlighted.
Can all recent members and some longer standing ones read this again please.
UKM is growing very fast and we are getting a lot of new members who may ask questions that you feel are stupid etc.
However just remember that its only easy if you know the answer. At least these guys have come on seeking advice even if they have already started their course etc. If you feel that you can't resist a little flame then just dont post.
I myself knew nothing about recovery when I first started using gear.
This is not directed at any one person but just generally there seem to be a few more flames creeping in.
Thanks

| Re: Flaming of Newbies This is so true.. we all forget we were once shooting in the dark and thinking it was right. We I was and I'm sure lots of others were too if they honest.
Heck only on my 3rd courses did I start taking clomid at the end.. dont know if I was even taking the right amount. This board has helped me alot and we need to remeber once there was a time we were all starting out and just needing a friendly hand to advise the right thing to do. I think there are a few more informative posts that could be stickies so people instead of flaming can point out the stickies that are related to those questions. PCT is a classic one but there is not sticky saying in the subject "PCT".
Every day I am learning more and more on here.

I moved it, that was in the reading room, not sure why it was stuck there but it fits better in the steroid gallery.

That is how they cracked the German code in WWII.
