defeating gyno

eyup lads , ive previously posted threads about my gyno problem (had since puberty) and the fact im not eligable for surgury under the nhs , thing is ive got one option left i want to try . ive recently dropped a stone and lost bf , but as usual they still look the same , what i want help with is an extreme chest routine to promote as much muscle growth as possible .
when pumped up they are less visable , so if i can target my chest with intense workouts i will possibley outgrow them ?
i currently just do press/incline dumbell/cable flies
im slowly gaining mass on my chest but feel you guys may be able to give me a few pointers .
btw my diet is clean and am still slowley losing bf .
any help would be great . thanks

Why won't the NHS treat it?

If it is puberty related and causing you depression then I can't see why they won't.

Re: defeating gyno

they score you on a bmi rating , if youre outside their scale ur classed as obesse! im currently 15st , and around 15%+ , they expect me to get to 12 1/2 st before considering treatment , which is basically impossible , and unhealthy ? my gp says its out of his hands so what else do i do ?

Re: defeating gyno

Pitchy - are you 100% sure its gyno? I guess the docs have confirmed gyno?

My chest at 15-18% bodyfat doesnt look good at all - I was a fat teenager - but get down to 12-13% and there is a big improvement. Can you feel lumps behind the nipple? I know I can, but as I say, get your bodyfat down and it might not look so bad.

How tall are you? Would it be worth considering dropping bf and mass in order to get the procedure done? Other than that I guess its a matter of saving up and going private :S

Re: defeating gyno

invisablekid-ive recently dropped to about 15% im 6'1" and 15st4 which is not bad , ive been down to 13st a couple of years ago , looked ill and the tits looked the same ...
the only tmie they look good is when ive done a good session in chest , tbh these last few months theyve reduced in size a little due to muscle growth , thats why id like to concentrate on chest excersizes for a while and see if i could reduce them further ?
i would never be able to get to the weight they require , im naturally big and struggle to lose the last few % i desire , im happy with my body at the minute bf wise , just the pointy tits lol !

If it's not causing you pain then they class it as cosmetic, My doc said it isn't noticeable but if it's causing me pain in the next 8 weeks then I will be referred to a surgeon..

Re: defeating gyno

Yeh I went back for a second time.. he said it's a very mild case but due to the pain etc I need to go back in about 6 weeks for a third assessment..

Usually you need to be suffering from gyno for a few years before they operate via the NHS.. I suggest running letro to rid of the lumps then using the new lipo injections to clear any fat build up around the nipple. If you have extreme gyno then surgery is the only option.

Yes.

Letro would be a good start if it is gyno.

Are you sure its just not "the way you are"

If there are no lumps or soreness, just a little puffy, then chances are that just the way your nipples are.

Everyone isnt the same.
