Preparing for stack 3

Hey all,

I've worked out my 3rd stack now, with some very good advice from the people on these boards. What I am looking for is a way to change up my workout programme to maximise the muscle shock while I am on cycle.

Here's a quick bit of bio and history:

1st cycle:
Test E with Stanzazol front and back load. Clomid and Nolva for PCT.
Went from 15st to 16.5stone, settled back at 15 and 3/4 stone.

2ns Cycle:
Test E / Tren with Turinabol Front and end load. Same PCT
Up to just over 17 stone, settled back at 16stone and a little bit.

3rd Cycle will be:
1-10 Test E 500mg / Deca-Durabolin 1-10 200mg with Turinabol Front end 1-6 25mg ED and Nolva on hand throughout if needed.


My current diet is 6 meals spead across the day (I count weight gain protein shakes as meals 2 and 6) total protein intake about 240grams. Trying to get more eggs in there at the moment, and will up this amount to about 270grams of protein and try to maintain it. I'm not sure I can physically digest any more than that without getting out of bed even earlier, but if the consensus says I should, then I will! Somehow. (BTW I tried that godawful recipe of Hackskii's which included twevtybillion eggs, some oats and chocolate protein powder, downed the lot and promply chucked my ring. that one is defo OFF the menu! )

Workout is split over 4 days, each a short 45min-1hour session.

Monday
Chest

Tuesday
Shoulders / Legs

Thursday
Back

Friday
Biceps and Triceps

I do about 10 reps warmup on each body part with a medium weight, then 4 sets of 5 reps as heavy as I can manage. Well I say 5 reps, sometimes that 5th rep just doesn't happen without a spotter, and since I can't find a decent bodybuilding gym in cheshire getting a spot from some skinny spotty teenager isn't easy.

I want to change this though, so am interested to hear what you do for maximum impact and muscle growth with your workouts. Happy to go to the gym 6 days a week if necessary or similarly cut it to 3 or even 2 times if the extra rest will help.

This will be my last gaining stack for a little while. Stack 4 will likely be a cutting stack while I try and get my Body fat down from 17%+ to around 12-13%

Any advice on any aspect of growth, greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you've done your research dude.

What are you planning on doing for PCT, and will you be switching to fast esters at the end prior to PCT?

Why do you want to change your current routine - has it stopped working?

To be honest, I change my workout every 3 months regardless, partly because I like to keep things interesting, and I find if I stay with one routine for longer than that it starts to gets a bit easy and I am not challenged.

I thought that this time, since I was changing it anyway, I might try a routine that has worked for some of the big lads on these boards.

As for PCT I was intending to use Clomid and Nolva.
