HGH...really need some help with this!!

hopefully someone can help me with this. i've been using since i was 19, not too much, moderate, try to be smart about it. i've got my hands on some HGH. as anyone would know, not very cheap. what is the best way to take it, how much, time of day, and what to stack with it (other than insulin). i just want to make sure i don't waste it. i've read 4-5 iu's at bedtime, but like i said, 1st time using, so if anyone can help with this, i would greatly appreciate it. thanks, and love the site.

I think sportdr may have misread your post.
Anyway mate, if it is HGH and not HCG you're on about, there are a million and ones ways in which to use it...
All in the morning, all in the evening before bed, half in the am, half in the pm, ed use, eod use but double the dose....
Personally, I just do the whole lot in one go before training with no carbs an hour before or after taking it, can't remember the specifics with this reason [my memory on the science behind AAS/HGH/IGF is poo], but its to do with insulin...sorry thats very vague!
Anyway, on none traing days as above but before bed time.
I'm sure some more experienced bro's will have their way of doing it, just my way.

what age are you now? the older you get, the less your body endogenously produces GH naturally. a 50yr old can get away with using 2iu ED with ease

4iu ED is a very safe dose to start with.

I will most definatly agree with you mate but the guy wants to know about HGH not HCG

JrDot - how you use it all depends on how much you have as you will only see a benefit from GH when used at 4iu's ed or 5on/2off for 12 weeks or more....if you have enough for this then my advice is to use it all before bed approx 20min before sleep the best results will come when stacked with androgens and Insulin but i would advise you not to use Insulin as this is a very dangerouse drug.....

all before bed is my way of thinking, thats when your body naturally produces it, and it does it for a good reason IMO.

ive not had huge personal contact with GH, so personal experiences arent covered. but this opinion is gathered through speaking with people and reading texts.

i'm 28 now. and i have 3 kits (300 iu's) i normally stick to what i call normal gear, basic test 250, enathate, etc......i've just read so much, i get confussed on how to do it, where to take it....i've read in the stomach, then i read in the inner thigh.....before bed, but then i read not before bed because it will mess with your natural production.....i just need to know from someone who has done it, so i don't feel like i'm wasting my money. thanks to everyone for the help. look forward to hearing from you guys.............

there is no one way to use GH i have used in many different ways all have worked so it is down to what you are comfortable with...

1 - You can jab either sub-Q or IM any were on your body but the more convenient place is Sub-Q in the Abs..

2 - the 2 favorite two times to inject is first thing in the morning and approx 20min before bed....

with the amount of GH you have you can use it in 2 ways
4iu's ed for 10 weeks
4iu's 5on/2off for 15 weeks

I have a mate who is a very advanced BB'er, (competes nationally), and he only uses 4iu EOD, year round.

He says he gets a great effect from this.

He has access and funds for as much GH as he want really, so it is just his choice through experience, to use the amount he does.

My next try with it will be 5iu EOD, I tried 10iu EOD last Sept/Oct, but after 8 weeks my joints were in a great deal of pain.

Agony to walk up the stairs, but I looked good though, lol

Sub q, is subcutaneous, into the fat, under the skin.

IM is intramuscular, so injected into the muscle.

I prefer to use GH first thing in the morning. My logic is that exogenous GH is going to stop natural production of GH temporarily, so if you inject it before bed, your body most likely won't bother producing the extra GH when you're sleeping that night.

However, if you inject it in the morning, it will be long gone by the time you go to bed, and your body will still produce the natural GH too.

If you see what I mean

The other option is to shoot it pre or post-workout, assuming it's far enough away from bed time.
