iv started to put water on my face as its looking bloated. If i take nolvo to over come this do u think i will lose size, as i must be holding water in my muscles if i am in my face ??

i have made some noticable gains, and dont want to shrink so people notice and find it obvious im on steroids.

Do u think i can take 20mg d-bol with the nolov ?

im currently on 500mg suss and 500mg deca per week

dbol is renowned for water retention. most of the gains are water related. how long have you been taking it with the test etc bcos you should only really be using it to kickstart your cycle?

Also you seem to be using more deca than test, not a good idea IMO

If your not taking the d-bol at the moment mate i would imagine that will make you hold more water so will equal out the nolov i'm not to clued up on water retention as its not something that affects me but you can get supp's to lose it bump for some expierence (sp)

It should make a difference mate but the d-bol might make you hold more water your be better of just getting some supps to lose the water and if you dont want people to think your on the gear just tell them you were allergic to something?.I think they use letro to clear the water but bump for someone else

The only gains you will lose if you run nolva is water which aren't real gains anyway so it's not a bad thing. Don't run dbol though.

Top man luke so nolva does clear water retention that i didn't know craig i would run the nolva then but as luke said leave the d-bol alone

Nolva can help reduce water retention but not stop it all together. I think the reason I haven't lost loads of gains since my cycle is because I ran nolva through it.

so what does would you run it on, as iv only got 20mg tabs which havnt got a line in the midle 2 split in half ??

I ran a dbol only cycle and gained just over a stone. 20mg of nolva every day should reduce water.

No use some clomid and trib for PCT.

I would personally use a good AI such as Adex or Letro to reduce estrogen and water retention in preference to Nova.

Nova will only block the estrogen receptors and prevent gyno it will still allow the test to aromatise into estrogen so you may still get water retention.

AI's all the way IMO. Dont work about losing size your trying to build muscle not be a mobile water carrier ;)
