Preparing Early for 2nd Cycle

Hey all,

After the excellent advice I got on here for my 1st Cycle and the gains it has given me I am planning the 2nd cycle early so I have time to source the stuff I need in time.

I am just starting PCT of my first cycle, which I guess will tell me how much of my gains harden.

Some info on my lifestyle.

Weight 102kg (16stone and a bit)
Bodyfat 16% (hopefully getting less after my 2nd bulk cycle I will try a cutting cycle)

Diet

6 meals per day:

Meal 1 - Porridge with a scoop of whey protein (7am)
Pint of skimmed Milk

Meal 2 - Promax shake 2.5 scoops (50g Protein) (10:30am)

Meal 3 - Lunch - chicken breast or Tuna salad, sometimes Beef Stew if I have not been lazy and made a batch (1pm)

Meal 4 - 1 cup of peanuts and some cottage cheese (I have discovered lately that I really like cottage cheese!) (3pm)

Meal 5 - Chicken / Turkey / Beef stir fry or if I feel rich a tuna steak with stir fry veg. (6pm)

Meal 6 - Promax shake 2.5 scoops (50g Protein) (9pm)

Many many people seem to suggest another meal, but with 6 I am always full and struggle to eat more and am making good gains anyway.

(Up 1 stone from 15-16+ during the cycle)

My workout

Monday
Chest / Biceps
45 Minutes

3 sets Flat Bench press
3 Sets Incline press
3 sets Flies
Occasionally superset the flies with pressups and occasionally sub the flies for pull overs.

2 sets seated concentration curls
2 sets standing ez bar curls
2 sets hammer curls

Wednesday
Shoulders
30 mins

3 sets military press
3 sets lateral raise (swap sometimes with bent over rear lat raises)
3 sets front raise
3 sets shrugs

Friday
Back / Triceps
40 minutes

3 sets wide grip chins
3 sets lat pull downs
3 sets bent over rows

2 sets tricep puch downs
2 sets close grip press
2 sets french press

Saturday
Legs
40 minutes

3 sets squats (sometimes leg press)
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets calf raises

some abs to finish normally on the fit ball.

The cycle
10 weeks of 500mg Test ethan front loaded with 4 weeks 50mg ED stanzazol and clomid / nolva for PCT.

Now here's the questions bit:

1) There is much debate on how much time to leave between cycles, and tbh I am sick of reading theory. i would like some input from real guys who have used gear to get big, how much time between cycles is appropriate.

2) Is repeating a cycle a bad idea? again I have read a lot of theory and there seems to be every conceivable opinion out there as to how to tackle a second cycle.

3) Do I need to seriously adjust my diet or training schedule to get bigger? I occasionally try and swap exercises to increase muscle shock, but I am prepared to go the whole hog and redesign the workouts from scratch if needs be.

Any input gratefully received.

Thanks,

Geordie

1) There is much debate on how much time to leave between cycles, and tbh I am sick of reading theory. i would like some input from real guys who have used gear to get big, how much time between cycles is appropriate. (This all depends on the PCT you have used, and assuming your PCT is good enough IMO 8 weeks off min)

2) Is repeating a cycle a bad idea? again I have read a lot of theory and there seems to be every conceivable opinion out there as to how to tackle a second cycle. (If you were happy with your gains, why change anything? but you could just add 200mg of Deca, that should do you (my last cycle)

3) Do I need to seriously adjust my diet or training schedule to get bigger? I occasionally try and swap exercises to increase muscle shock, but I am prepared to go the whole hog and redesign the workouts from scratch if needs be. (In order to keep growing diet/training should always tried to be tweaked to as best you can to maximise growth and you need good rest too, have a read http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/general-a...-growing.html)

Any input gratefully received.

Thanks,

Geordie

200mg of deca is good advice and what i would do in your situation imo

PCT/time off i think u should do 4 weeks pct and at least 6 weeks off mate

diet is not too bad would prefer to see some eggs in there and more carbs

i personally wouldnt change anything if your growing!

yes agree with DB about the carbs but thats it

cant see the point in adding more gear if you grew off the last! you could always add abit later if you think your not getting anywhere!

as for time off this is a personal choice and what your level of risks your prepared to take but if you havent had any bloods done then you wont know!

just try and keep on top of your liver protection!!

My PCT

My PCT is scheduled to last for 28 days.

6-8 weeks off should bring me nicely up to Christmas leaving me ready to start a new cycle in the new year.

Only problem with that is that the Gym is always twice as crowded in January :S

000's of people and their resolutions that last a fortnight getting in the way

As for eggs I had previously switched the eggs out for porridge and whey for brekkie.

I could easily swap that meal for 4 scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast and a pint of milk.

TBH the porridge tastes gash with why protein in it, so I'd be quite happy to change that

200mg Deca per week in addition to 500mg test weeks 1-10? With the same front load of Stanza.

Clomid and Nolva still adequate PCT on this stack?

Thanks,

Geordie

Ok try this guys…

Weigh out 120g oats

Add water, make sure there is a lot of water in there!! Enough to make runny oats! Then cook for 4 mins at max in the microwave

Now while they are cooking…

Get 5 eggs 2 whole 3 whites (I personally use about 8) crack them into a cup

Once the oats are cooked put them straight into a blenda add about 200-300ml more of water(until the consistency is thick but drinkable… and start blending

Put eggs into microwave for 40 secs (don’t worry they will be slighty white around the edge)

Add 2 scoops of chocolate whey into the oats keep blending( I use dymatize elite whey tastes lush!)

Add eggs

Stop get a massive glass and drink it should make just over a litre if you have done it right

Honestly it is lovely!! I drink them all the time!!
:smoke:

Not yet, sorta why I am trying to get my plans sorted early so I can acquire it.

Literally got enough to finish my current with a fraction left over.
