Arrow Am I screwed?

So im in week 4 of my deca cycle(400mg wk) and saw some gaines in first three weeks(8 lbs.). Added 1 inch to chest, arms and thighs. This week I saw no gaines, but Im starting some test (500mg wk) as soon as it arrives(thanks to everyones influence here) so my cycle will look screwed like this:
wk 1-8 400mg deca
wk5-9 500 mgtest
clomid pct
My question is why havent i gained more and why no gain for this week? Diet hasnt changed, the only thing ive done different is gone from 3 day workout to 5. Maybe Im burning to much off in gym but want to get most out of cycle.
Should i extend cycle a couple of weeks?
Increase deca to 600 wk?
Wait on test to arrive and then see more gaines?
The only way i can get more calories is to add a scoop of like weight gainer into my milk protien shakes. I presently dont use weight gainer only protien (problem?).
Remember guys im 35 so i dont expect to see the same gaines a 25 year old would but i do expect more than what ive seen.

Dont increase Deca mate!

The initial gains will be from Water, and the Deca will have only properally kicked in last week.

I would knock the workouts down to 4 a week mate, You grow out of the gym, not in remember.

I personally would run the test for 8 weeks bro, but dont carry the deca on over 8 weeks.

It`s a hard one, because you have started test late on. Will have to see what others say really. Different oppiionoins and all that

I would do this

Week 1-8: Deca@400mg
Week 5-13: Test@500mg
Week 9 (mon/wed/fri) HCG@1500iu

Week 16+ PCT

There will be differnet oppinions on this tho, im sure

Oh - Forgot to say 8lb is good in 4 weeks mate. By the time the test kicks in i would reckon you`ll be on about 16 - 18lb then you got 5 more weeks of test!!

prolly looking over 20lb as long as you eat BIG, train hard and drink loads of water

I agree with Paul on the deca. I wouldn't increase it. As far as the gains I messed up and did a 13 week cycle and I didn't think that I made any gains untill the end of the cycle. I am suprised you have made the gains that you have made already.

Well that sounds promising coming from both of you. I will say I dont believe Im carrying water. It just doesnt appear to look that way(bloating in the face etc..) . It is hard to eat more than 5 times a day because i work nights and its difficult. If I added a weight gainer to add calories can you recommend one available in the U.S. Also Paul... If run test past my deca halflife with no pct, want that hurt me. or is that what the hcgis for and if so will the hcg hurt the test?

eeeeeeekk, no more deca! Or you might lose the power of your d1ck!

if you dont run pct, it WILL harm you, your natural test system wont kick in, and you'll lose lots of gains, temporary impotence, possible depression, the list goes on.

HCG just makes your balls come back to size. You also need either clomid or nolvadex post cycle.

If you are only eating 5 x a day, you might not be getting enough cals. Try your best to up it, and buy some maltodextrin (complex carb powder) to add into your water to add more carbs/cals

I would get on the tes also. A deca only cycle is a no no. Trust me I know. If you take and anabolic with an adrogenic you will be in the fast lane for strength and size. Plus you wont get deca ****. If the balls start to get small then I would do some hcg on cycle. Here is a very good article on that posted by hackskii.

I started noticing the Deca after 3 weeks.
If you have changed your workout and then you have not been gaining then I would be willing to bet it is your routine.
Are you doing the same muscle group more than one time a week?
Do me a favor post your routine maybe even a before and then your current routine. I would like to look at it to see just what is happening. More lifting might not be better. You can up the calories all you want but if you are overtraining then you are overtraining. I think that might be the most obvious. You should be gaining none the less.
The HCG might not be needed at least not till later on in the cycle because it takes at least a few weeks before you notice any testicular atrophy. Now is just too soon to worry about the HCG. Lets worry about your routine first as this is what I suspect.

Hacksii I posted my routine and routine change a week or two ago under "form and technique' board. I dont know how to link it to hear though. But you can see it in that forum.
Ok I want mess with the deca. And as I said as soon as the test arrives Ill start it and probably exteend past 9 weeks like paul said.

Here it is. First routine is a push pull which is a good routine. The second is almost exactly the same routine I am doing now.

I like both of your routines. I would say off gear do a tad bit less. Dont forget if you are not making gains then you are eather overtraining or not getting enough sleep. Dont forget to change up your routine. That helps to keep the gains going.

I think bench, inclines, declines and flys might be overdoing it a bit. Especially if you were doing any more than 4 sets each exercise.
3 presses and a fly is kindof rough
Shoulders are ok.
Triceps might get bombed a little bit cuz of the 3 presses.

Now for the new routine. On gear this is fine.
recouperation wont be a problem at all. Very close to what I do like this:
Monday:chest
Tuesday: Back

Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: bicep and triceps suppersetted each other.

See how it is close to mine? I push my bench 4 days out from the shoulders as I want the bench up. Now if my concern was shoulders I would push the shoulders 4 days out from chest. The extra day helps me. But on gear it wont matter at all.

8lbs and an inch on your arms, chest and legs - lol - I'd count that as a very good cycle!

Well Im really glad now . If you guys are liking the gaines ive had in 4 weeks then i certainly have to. I appreciatte it all. Maybe I can get a pic up soon if can figure out how.
