no liver protectants or kidney protectants...

would like to see 3g+ vit c with DNP also

make sure u drink alot of fruit juice with the DNP as it resores liver glycogen which helps it work more efficently when processing it

watch the carbs with DNP as the more u eat the hotter u get!!

but you carbs are low anyway

Mate. instead of doing a cycle why don't you diet your ass off to shed that bf because from the pic your carrying quite alot. Then once you've cut down do a cycle to add some quality mass.

Lewis I'd try and eat more real foods that is 4 liquid meals and only two solid ones, minimum half your food should be solid....

What do you suggest he does Lukey? There are not many carbs in his diet as it is.

Morning cardio??? its a must for cutting imo i find 20mins in the am is worth 40 mins in the pm from personal experience

Meal 1 - Oats with minimal milk + 30g Water whey Protein shake Drop the milk if u are cutting mate

Meal 2 - Peanuts(cup) & Tuna Shake (interchangeable) non salted peanuts i hope??? almounds would be better
PWO - 60g whey + 2 Oat bars (50g carbs) mmmm ok 1 bar will be ok imo
Meal 3 - Random Meat & Potatoes & Veg dont go crazy on the potatoe 200g=about 34g carb
Meal 4 - 2 salmon fillets + 30ml Omega 3/6/9 liquix mix (interchangeable) how many g of fat in 30ml of that stuff?

I'm not qualified enough to really comment on this cycle. But does scare me your age and the amount of stuff you are injecting :$

I know in other posts you have defended it as your choice, I respect you for that, just watch yourself son and monitor everything properly, don't want you hurting yourself,

DNP for 30 days EOD? I think it is more normal to do 10 days on 10 days off? I'm sure you realise how serious a drug like DNP is, have you experimented with it before? You're hitting tren ace and DNP together with prop, all which have widely documented side-effects (including increased HEAT), plus you say that you are going to be eating a fair amount of carbohydrates (remember, DNP turns carbs into HEAT). I also heard a while back that fructose is actually recommended on DNP.

I'm sure things will work themselves out OK, but don't rush into this cycle buddy and in my honest its overkill, you're young and could still grow and burn fat hugely without the need for such advanced chemicals.
