![]() | t-bol / tribolin hi all been training 5 years on/off . ht : 5.2 ft wt : 70 kg age : 34 body fat : 15%-!8% just started getting serious now , as been out of traing due to family comitments (no traing for 16 months) diet : 0600 - 3 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk. 0900 - 250 g oats 1200 - 1 tin tuna with 1 cup cooked pasta 1500 - 250 g oats 1800 - 3 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk 1930 - 1 chicken breast / small steak with pasta + steamed veg. 2100 - 2 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk . around 150 g protein 200 g carbs i want to build some quality muscle , looking at minimum water retension (prefer a lean look all year round ). decca gave me itchy nips after 3 weeks (200 mg every 5 days ) looking at TURNABOL with CLENBUTEROL. 30 mg T-BOL /day CLENBUTEROL ??????? Stay away from steroids and clen and sort your diet out... 150grams protein is not enough, you are almost entirely reliant upon whey protein as your primary protein source, you aren't eating enough solid food. in 250 grams oats there are 165 grams of carbs and 40 grams of protein. Your calculations i think are way off. diet : 0600 - 3 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk. 3 scoops whey at ~20 grams per scoop = 60grams + 10 from milk = 70 20 grams carbs 0900 - 250 g oats 35 grams protein, 165 grams carbs 1200 - 1 tin tuna with 1 cup cooked pasta approx 50 grams carbs, 40 grams protein 1500 - 250 g oats 35 grams protein, 165 grams carbs 1800 - 3 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk 3 scoops whey at ~20 grams per scoop = 60grams + 10 from milk = 70 20 grams carbs 1930 - 1 chicken breast / small steak with pasta + steamed veg. 50 - 80 grams carbs, 40 grams protein 2100 - 2 scoops REFLEX INSTANT WHEY in 250 ml milk . 2 scoops whey at ~20 grams per scoop = 40grams + 10 from milk = 50 15 grams carbs = ~ 340 grams protein, ~500 grams carbs You are consuming huge amounts of carbs, but want to stay lean all year round, but also build quality muscle. ![]() | If your looking for lean gains, diet is everything, and of course along with the way you train is very important. I myself take in about 200g-250g of protein per day, but I do eat proper meals throughout the day. It seems to work for me. I think 30mg a day is low. 60mg per day, split between am and pm works for me. What about you pct?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I agree, with above on the needing more solid foods. I also think you need some good fats in there, fish oils are a fantastic choice for this. I also think that you should have carbs, proteins, fats together with each meal with the exception of PWO. I also see pretty high GI carbs like the pasta in those two meals. I like the idea of the tuna and an apple with some fish oils or avacado on the tuna myself.

![]() | been on holiday so back on track now. my issue is that i can only fit in 3 - 4 meals in a day (hence the protein shake consumption ). i'm going to cut my 12:00 meal to 1 TIN TUNA with TBL spoon light mayo.( no pasta ) 15:00 meal to 1 slice toast with T- spoon light peanut butter + 2 eggs (no 250g oats ) just measurd my bf % whilst on holiday it was 12%. my training is only 3X /week @ 1 hour.( sat/sun/mon ) 15 min run on tread mill inc. warm up - warm down 100 sit ups 4X 25 with 30 seconds rest. chest+biceps :3 exercises each with 4 sets ( 25 -15-12-10 reps) 30 sec.rest inbetween. back+shoulders: as above legs+shoulders: as above |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, for me I do clomid and nolva together at this amount. Clomid 50mg twice a day for 30 days. Nolva 20mg a day for 45 days. Start your PCT next day after you drop the t-bol.
