![]() | Please help! Where do I begin?? :vamp: Hey guys... my name's Dan and I've used protein and creatine in the past and now want to start on Steroids. Training, diet and then aas.... and please dont openly source post... its only going to lose you money...

![]() | I agree with what the guys say above. I did my first cycle before really reading anything and I made alot of mistakes because of this, like not having any pct for post cycle. Knowledge is very important because it will help stop you relying on 'second hand' info and help you make informad decisions. This means reading up on diet and training as well as AS. You can start by reading the article section in this forum. Dont jump in before you have a good understanding and you'll have a better chance of achieving good solid gains and keeping them. If you want to get big then you will have to eat. Diet is probably the most important thing here. Eat clean and often to feed the muscles. Second you need a good base of muscle before the gear. With a good routine you can go really far and all your connective tissues will build the same time as your muscles. The problem with jumping in with the magic bullet here is the muscles grow too fast and injury will certainly occur. Poor forms and lifts will do more harm than good. Get a good routine set then work on your diet then you will be ready down the road. Do you just want to get big? Do you want to be strong? Do you want to be lean? Remember it is Summer comming up. Do you want to look good out of clothes or in clothes? Silly questions I know but without these questions first, a blanket statement from anyone will be just shooting off the hip at what you really want to accomplish. Serously the guys here are top notch and really know their stuff. most of your questions have been here before. Not that we wont answer them but I like to answer questions that you have and there is no stupid questions. Hope this helps ![]()
