How do you manage your pills?
Hey,
I was wondering how do you manage all your pills? what system do you have in place to remember to take something for example 2 days on, 2 days off.
I know some even forget to inject
Basically I'm going to be using t3, t4, clen 2 days on and off and use alternatives on the off days but I'm quite forgetful. I also supplement with loads of Vitamins for every meal.
So what do you do?

Everything I currently take is a daily dose, so I just have everything with breakfast, a massive feckin' handful.
If you're struggling with which days you need to take what, use the calendar on your phone to log what needs to be taken on certain days.

Re: How do you manage your pills?
You can get a pill box organiser with 7 days boxes in it, fill em at start of week and your set.
-
Either use the reminder feature on your phone or get a pill planner box.

Re: How do you manage your pills?
I always plan my cycle and what days I will jab and then right in my diary before I start the cycle, when my jabs are and when I take my tabs etc. then just tick off each jab when I done it through the cycle.. before I had a diary I used to right all my jabs on a calendar and just cross out the days I jabbed through the cycle..
I know it sounds kind of lame but I like being organized

Re: How do you manage your pills?
lol i am erratic with this, when prepping prob due to head being in mode i am not as bad,but offseason, jeebus, could go days where i forget to take things, then other days take double by accident lolol
Same with jabbing, super scatty there except with prep, right now for instance in midst of offseason i think last jab i took was almost 3 weeks ago lol,so to combat this i am gnr stick about 3g test in tonight and again tomoz night with whatever else i decided
