Can anyone help i'm new to all this !!!!

I've been advised by a mate to take Apex Methanabolic !

So I've started a cycle but wasn't sure how bad they are for the body !!!! another mate said don't even bother with pills cause the screw your liver.....

Can anyone advise me on the above.

I'm about 4 weeks into my cycle and haven't seemed to notice much gains or strenth increase yet. I think i've been ripped off.

dont cycle for more then 6weeks.

how many you taking daily?
are you taking a liver protectant?
have you got a PCT ready for when you come off cycle?

what's your training regime?

how many meals you eating a day? whats your body weight, height and age?

Orals stress the liver but you can get liver protectants like milk thistle and liv.52 from Holland & barratts

- Haven't been taking any liver protectant.
- Do 4 meals with 3 supplement drinks a day, just struggle like crazy to gain weight....

OK I think it's best to do a Oral Cycle before a Inj Cycle, because if you do have a bad reaction you can get it out of the system quicker.

OK I would run the Oral's for 6 weeks at 30mg - 40mg dependant upon your size etc. Don't pyramid them just start at say 30mg and stay at it, you will start to see results in 2-3 weeks.

You will need to have Nolva on hand in case of gyno, and Post Cycle Therapy, to restart your HPTA (natural test production).

I would also take liver protectants such as ALA, Milk Thistle or Liv 52.

Do a search on PCT and look at the various methods, I personally like Clomid but some react to it quite bad so they use Nolva. I wouldn't worry about HCG etc... as it's a nice short mild cycle.

You need to train hard, eat like a goat and have plenty of sleep.

Drink shed loads of water as well.

What's Gyno dunno if I'm just being slow today, I think the heats getting to me !

What happens if i didn't take either, does it have any side affects ? And if I need to get some where's the best place, I know you can't discuss prices but I can check that out later. . . and how long do I take them for.

Sorry for all the questions really make sure I don't get no dodgy sideaffects after I come off !

Drinking loads 2 - 4 ltrs a Day and eating as much as I can.... but sometimes it's hard just feel full all day.

OK mate Gyno is Bitch tits, this can occure when there is to much test in the body and it is converted into Estrogen, lumps start to form behind the nipples and they can become puffy etc... never ever start a cycle unless you have meds on hand to combat this. It's not nice having to keep your top on in this weather because your tits are bigger than most of the birds on the beach.

If you don't do PCT your body will take longer to recover and start producing Test again, which means you will lose most of if not all of your gains. If you can't find Nolva or Clomid for PCT then you can go the natural method such as Trib ZMA, some guy's I think Jimmy is one who prefer this approach, but it doesn't work for all, everyone is different.

You should be able to get these from the same place you got your Apex pills from, if you can't have a look at some of the sponsers of this board ;-)

OK if you are going to run Clomid for PCT then like this:

Day 1: 200mg
Day 2-11: 100mg
Day 12-21: 50mg

Also some Trib ZMA trown in will help.

If you want to run Clomid and Nolva together for PCT then:

Day 1: 200mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
Day 2-11: 50mg Clomid + 40mg Nolva
Day 12-21: 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

Once again Trib and ZMA will help.

S h1 t mate don't wanna get that....... as it's my first cycle i've ever done do you think that might be ok to leave or might it still happen ?

Just been up the road to my local heath shop and picked me self up some Milk Thistle Formula Liver cleanser & some Zinc supplements.

Gonna have a look around for some Clomid or Nolva if I deff need it.

The only thing I was worried about was that the gear was fake, is there no way of telling, they look exactily like they do in the pic.

better safe then sorry mate.. grab urself some nolvadex and keep it on standby.. if u feel itchy nipples or sensitivity then start taking it. PCT is your post cycle therapy where you take your nolvadex etc to lower estrogen levels and restart ur natural test production. search dbol, pct, liver and you'll find your answers.

Dude Nolva doesn't lower estrogen, it just blocks the receptors to prevent it from binding to them. AI's will lower Estrogen.

Rite sori.. it blocks receptors so that they cant absorb the estrogen floating about but doesn't lower the levels of estrogen. My bad.

I think your pills are fake mate - are they the exact same as the ones in the picture you posted?

If they are mate then they are fake IMO, apex orals come in a tub not a box and they are pink and pentagon shaped not round........

Yeah, That's how they look and came..... that's bloody crap !

Pills are small, round and no markings, but I'm sure I read a thread on this site and someone else had some and said they tasted almost sweet in taste and mine seemed to be the same.

But that pic is a direct link from the Apex offical web site. I'm gonna get hold of my sorce and get my money back if they are fakes, dam mother f..... !
