![]() | keeping gains? hi ppl, just wanted your thoughts on wants ass gives best long term and short term gains once discontiued? i know diet, training, rest and pct all play a big role in this but just in general. i used dbol in my last cycle with 250mgs deca and 250mgs ent because the dossage was low i was told just to use nolva for pct which i did for 4 weeks. didnt really make much gains of the test or deca but made some good strengh gains of dbol but i can honstly say that i think ive lost all my gains now. thanks |

This is usually why people lose their gains during/after PCT. Other than that, you could just be a poor recoverer - in which case you need to ensure you use HCG throughout next time.
