![]() | 12 week test then tren Did a 6 wk Prop100ml eod and tren75ml eod for my last cycle, Loved the strength but not much in the way of size increase, Thinking as its coming up to summer how about a 12 week course 1-7 test e 500mg pw 6-12 tren and prop at the above doseage PCT nolva zinc tribulas enjoyed the last test only course(so did the wife) but i also liked the tren cycle lost bf without changing diet 2 inches off my gut i`m half thinking of it as a bulking then cutting course which ill control with diet in the latter stages or eat like a horse for the full 12. cheers guys |

Your prop/tren course was at quite a low dose, so that could be why you did not get a great deal of size from it. Tren does not really give you much in weight gain IMO, but the difference in the look of your physique is second to none. I would go 500 test enanthate and 400 tren enanthate. Doing prop on top of test e is pointless, no need to inject yourself more than is needed. I think you would be very pleased with the results from the above. |

TBH lack of size gain from the previous prop/tren cycle would be purely down to diet. If you lost 2" off your waste then you were in a calorie defecit as no AAS will make you lose fat!! However you would generally use a lower dosage of AAS when dieting for the very reason that the prime consideration would be holding on to rather than gaining muscle.. If you seriously loved that cycle then run it again with more food and some 40-50mg dbol throughout and see the difference!!! That would be a quick in and out bulker and I think you would be pleased with the results. Plus less time off before the next one ![]() It depends if you would prefer a longer cycle? |
