![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 1st cycle I'm 19 and I know most of you would say don't take them but I'd like advice on the safest cycle possible for my age.. I've been told T-bol would be good or low dose dbol but personally am thinking of getting some Var. So what sort of dosage would you reccomend me taking with each of these types of aas. The problem with dbol is the side effects being strong in regards to premature growth stunting etc which is what puts me off that. I feel I've made good gains but want a little boost without going crazy! I've been thinking about doing them for a few months now, I'm just waiting till I get some money! Ieat all the right stuf as I've researched it and had loads of help (lots from this board) and I pmed my diet to Aftershock and he couldn't pick any real faults.. If you've still got in your inbox can u post it mate as I've got no time to type it up lol! My lifts are increasaing but I've been ill recently and lost some weight I'm actually 69kg now so I want to get myself on track more.. I know gear is extreme.. what about pro-hormones? any good? |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | honestly i'd say stay natural... but if u are going to turn to the dark side... i would go on a real low dose dbol cycle of 10-15 mg and use it how samurai 69 has been using it.... no need to jump on 500mg/week sust cycles with ur stats sorry mate i honestly reckon with more food u'll be fine |

If your lifts are going up, you're getting stronger, and as long as you have a calorie surplus and are eating enough protein, you will gain mass. No need for gear yet, you've got at least another 2-3 years natty growth yet IMO. |

However that doesnt answer your question does it.. IMO the safest possible cycle you could do would be Anavar (because doesnt stunt bone growth etc), but its very expensive and best stacked with other gear IMO. My personal choice in this case would be low dose dbol 14 on 14 off as per Samurai69's cycle.. I must reiterate im not saying you should do it mate, but I think thats the safest option, other than not doing anything at all of course ![]() |

You will benefit alot more if you decide to take gear in the future if you get a good natural foundation first. Just enjoy your training and experiment with different routines - get plenty of food inside you - if you struggle to gain weight eating clean then eat some sh1te - just get the cals in. |
